Great substitute for Chipotle! Food is good quality. Service is average. Atmosphere is good and clean. No major complaints so far and we have been quite a few times. Overall this place is pretty good. We have been to Chipotle, Moe’s and a few other burrito places. We have gone quite a few times to get a feel if we like it and we find ourselves going back and skipping Chipotle’s constantly long line after 5pm. They offer your variety of burritos, tacos, quesadillas, taco salads and nachos. The food quality is great although the biggest complaint I have is they skimp on how much rice, beans and meat they give you, which seems to be happening at Chipotle and Moe’s. The service is average, although they don’t seem to go the extra mile to greet you or help you out. They offer their Qdoba card which is nice if you go often enough to get the free burrito and they give discounts Mon-Wed (Buy a entrée and drink and get a entrée half off). Overall a good place, they are starting to know us so they are being a little nicer and our burritos seem to be getting a little fuller. I would recommend if you are tired of Chipotle and Moe’s.

what drove me to write this review is the horrible service. This is mainly for any and everyone working the afternoon shifts. I only come here because my 4 y/o cannot get enough.. she doesnt care about service, though. as she shouldnt.The best thing I could say is that they dont charge extra for guac (not at the time of this post, anyway). The quantity of food DOES NOT match the price. 1 spoon of rice ( or 1/2 depending on how they are feeling), half of beans, 1/4 of chicken, and then the spoonful of the toppings. WITHOUT a drink or chips, that bowl costs $10 . I just dont feel that I should have to ask someone to treat me how they treat themselves... Ive been there at closing and Ive seen the plates they prepare for themselves to go home... I was also there during closing when one of the employees almost hit me and my child with a table (they flip them over at night while cleaning)... Bottom line, the food is good, the quantity and service for the money you are paying IS NOT.

I prefer Qdoba very much over Chipotle. I dont understand why people still eat at Chipotle. The food at Qdoba is fresh and tastes great. The service is impressively quick most of the time. Sometimes youll arrive during a rush, but the employees do their best to keep it all moving. Last year sometime Qdoba changed their policy on not giving you extra ingredients (cheese, pico, etc.) without charging extra. That change was much needed and is one of the reasons why Im rating Qdoba five stars. The prices rose last year, around the same time as the policy change. This is understandable and I still believe the prices to be reasonable. The quality of the food justifies the price. Id recommend Qdoba to anyone whos a fan of Chipotle, but wants a better value and better-quality meal.

go to chipotle!!! the employees here are some of the WORST ive ever encountered. they didnt greet me or others i was with upon us walking up, they looked miserable, they gave each other obvious annoyed looks while me and others were ordering, and they were extremely rude when saying the few sentences they were required to say to us like for here or to go and our total. dont go here unless you want the worst customer service experience ever.

they have good food here but my only problem from this place is the always have new different people and they dont know how to take order got to keep repeating yourself to them and they dont even know how to wrap a burritos right they always break the flour tortilla and sometimes they start arguing with each other and when they make mistakes the manager she starts banging her hand on the metal assembly line where they make the burritos

Only 1 booster seat in the entire restaurant. They changed the way they heat the burrito tortilla from a steamer to a heating press system. I liked the steamer better because it made the tortilla softer. Service is just "ok". Ive been to better Qdobas; this place has a lot of room to improve.

Stick with chipotle. Some of the employees are really rude. They charge you extra for everything. And when you have BOGO promotions they arent really free. Just stick with chipotle, they dont nickel and dime you for everything and it tastes way better.

Much better quality than Chipotle, food is fresher and not as greasy. Weds and Thursday evening they have two for one special. They charge for extras but it is still much less than Chipotle and the store is cleaner. Staff is excellent, very helpful.

If you want a tasty quick burrito and dont want to wait in that Chipotle line then Qdobas is the place for you. The food is good and I personally think that their menu is a little better than there competitions.

Good food! My son loves this place and is a bit hooked. There is a beautiful array of cheese sauces and the quesadillas are much better than most sit down restaurants. Definitely worth checking it out...

So far I have liked everything I tried. This specific location is never crowded, so you can sit and relax while you eat. Employees are always friendly, place is clean and parking is always available.

The staff try to overload your plate or burrito with rice, then give you a tiny helping of the more costly foods. When you call them on it, you get the stink eye and assorted mumbled insults.

Give me a choice between Qdoba and Chipotle, and Ill choose Qdoba EVERY time...they have a slightly more varied selection of menu items, and the food just TASTES better at Qdoba.
