Ingrind guevara from gainesville v.a store was the lady handling my order she for one had a nasty look on her face, not at all friendly , there was no greeting what so ever just just a death stare as if I owed her money . I simply ask to drain the juice from the beans and she just sloppped it on my order as well as the pico del gallo . Not only did she do that to my order but as well as my fiancé order . He called her out on her nasty attitude and how she was not listening & if she is not happy to be there go find something else to do & give her job to someone who actually likes to work . There was a manager on duty actually checking us out we told her what happend she then replied saying " I have talked to her about her attitude before but ingrid just uses foul language at me I also tell the owner and he DOESNT EVEN care ! " . As a corporate office this matter should be taken care of as soon as possible to avoid any More public relation damage that untrained employee can do to the business

The food is good. Ive been there twice. The first time I asked the lady about the beans and she looked at me strange and kept on repeating "pinto or black beans" until I picked one.(I dont think she spoke very much english).The last time we were there my boyfriend had to remind (same lady I think) her that he wanted extra meat and she looked at him with a tired look and got a smaller scoop of chicken and kinda tossed it on there. Besides paying almost 2 dollars if not 2 dollars for a few extra pieces of chicken instead of a satisfying "extra meat" amount in which we are paying extra for, the service is good along with the food and general atmosphere of the restaurant.

Great catering!!! We ordered for my sons first birthday...the food was great, it arrived on time (btw: they deliver!!!) and even thought it was a 100 degrees outside the guests went back for seconds and some third servings. The service was wonderful as well and set up was fast, clean and simple (since they do it all). I would highly recommend their catering. One other note: we had a ton of leftovers even though we order for less than we knew were coming (ordered for 35 and had 43 guests). The meat reheats really well and is not dry or rubbery.

Rude, disrespectful employees. This location could do so much more, the service is terrible. This people dont even say hi or bye, they dont even pretend to care. I even saw someone arguing with the so call " manager" ...... Seems like Qdova dont seem to care either,...

Food was okay. Staff was rude and did not give me my change!! Paid in cash and needed 20cents back. Didnt ask if I wanted it...waitress put cash in drawer and walked away without saying anything!

Great burritos. Quac isnt extra like it is at Chipotle. We like to come on Sundays when Kids eat free with each adult meal. My kids who tend to be a little picky, love their food.

Poor service, walked out because of it. For quick tex-mex Chipotle a 100 times before this place. For a good sit down authentic go to El Vaquero (highly recommended).

I usually like qdoba but this place is subpar. I got the shrimp and it was very dry and rubbery (see picture). Will not return.
