Ive never had a bad chipotle experience until yesterday. I went to this brand new Chipotle excited as ever. The line wasnt very long there were only 4 people in front of me which made the experience all the more better at first. I use to waiting in very long lines at chipotle ave of 15-18mins which isnt bad cause the line is usually out the door. I got two burrito bowls with all the fixings + 2 chips + 1 juice. I wanted to surprise my sister at work with food from the new chipotle. When I got to the house my chips were very stale my niece wouldnt even eat the chips. I dont really expect the chips to be super hot I know they sit in the bag but stale cold chips unsalted says no QUALITY CONTROL, chips I can get over though. My chicken was horribly burnt in my burrito bowl. At first I thought maybe it was just 1 or 2 bad chickens but it wasnt. So I called my sister to see how her bowl was she said her chicken was burnt and chips were stale but other than that she was grateful for the free food. I went back to Chipotle to get this rectified. I spoke with someone possibly a manager. I asked if I could get the bowls remade or a refund please, I had brought all the food back to the establishment to show I didnt eat it all. He didnt even try to rectify the situation properly by attempting to recreate a new bowl he said fine Ill give you a refund. NOW Im PISSED, IM STARVING!!! LOL. When he gave me the refund he said he wouldnt be able to give me back the taxes that were charged WTF!!! Never heard of such. Ive worked in restaurants over 10+ years and managed them. So I spent an avg of $28.00 on my original ticket and was refunded for two burrito bowls (excluding - Guac $2.50 x 2bowls + Chips $2.50 x 2bowls + Taxes + Drinks (Didnt expect my money back from my drinks)). Wheres my other $12-14 dollars????? That was the worst Chipotle experience Ive ever had, and this horrible review could have been a great one had he either fixed me 2 new bowls or appropriatley given me a return on all my purchases. I returned the chips as well and the guac WTF... I wont be going back to this establisment anytime soon. How the hell do you f*** up a burrito bowl (Chicken, Rice, Guac) ughhh. Horrible Customer service, and Quality of food (Two thumbs down)... Get it together Stafford Chipotle I went across the street to firehouse subs for the first time VERY IMPRESS... Yummy Subs

Ive avoided Chipotle simply because of its price; the few times Ive been to one, I thought "its ok, but not over the top" . Ever since this one was built here, I couldnt understand why build it next to competition. Moes is Staffords territory, and I end up hearing about terrible service because of terrible staff and food quality. Well people are going to write whatever and I dont really care about the ratings especially the ones where people write a bad review for the stupidest reasons. The reason I decided to just go check it out was because I received a gift card. Turns out as food and price goes, Chipotle and Moes have their pros and cons. Of all things I prefer having a burrito, I already know what to expect at Chipotle but because I have a gift card, I went all out; I know the portions so I said to double it up with steak with brown rice and pinto beans. When they asked what toppings I want in the burrito, I just said all of it including the extra charge on the guacamole. They had to double wrap the burrito, haha. Let me say, it was the best darn burrito Ive ever had, it was large enough that it lasted me near 3 meals, I didnt get chips or drink. So id like to point out if you love food like I do, do what I did; load it up! Chipotles best when it comes to beef, Id avoid the other stuff unless you like it more. Even if it may have been a different staff back then, I also found that people cannot pronounce certain things there. In short, dont always let reviews decide, just check it out. I havent tried anything else yet, but I may drop in again if I am in the mood for a 12-15 dollar oversized loaded burrito. Oh, I should probably add that my two experiences there were a quick and easy in and out service and that the staff both times were actually friendly and upbeat.

The very first time we went it was sooooo good. Then we saw that there was the option to order online. Cool! Were busy with sports and such, so it was a great way to ensure dinner would be ready when needed. I placed the order online, got there and it was ready, went enjoyed it! That was days after they had opened. Weve ordered twice more online. The food isnt ready when we get there. Usually being held up by not having enough replacement food. Or they misplaced our ticket. That was tolerable. Then we decided since online ordering isnt working anymore, well just go in. Takes the same amount of time! Not really. They run out of food. Waited almost 45 minutes in line. Pain in the rear. The last straw was the other day, we went in and the line was SUPER short! Had maybe 6 people in front of us. The line server put chicken in my bowl and I noticed some of the chicken was slightly pink. The lady picked it out, tossed it and said it was just the "seasoning". My husband had chicken in his burrito too. That night, he and I both had bad stomach pains. Whats worse, is I let one of my children eat some of my burrito bowl and she woke up with diarrhea and vomiting. Theres no other explanation. The three of us had the chicken from chipotle and our other 2 children didnt eat the chicken. Im so disgusted. We will never go back. Gross gross gross

The worst chipotle experience Ive ever had. I dont usually write reviews but felt exceptionally compelled to write one for this trash heap. The food was okay so Ill say that up front. So if you are okay with hellacious, zero-integrity customer service, youll be okay. I came in on Halloween for the 3$ burrito deal (if you wear a costume). I kindly asked the first worker on the line if I could get 2 for 3$ each or just one. She quickly responded, saying, "you can get as many as you want for 3$ each!" So I proceeded to order 2 and pay for them. Low and behold I was charged full price for one of them and I politely asked why, as I was told otherwise. She said no, that the first girl was wrong. So I conceded and walked away to fill my water cup. I noticed then that my friend had gotten his 2 burritos for 3 dollars each, so I asked an employee at the drink machine why I had to pay full price. She told me that it just depended on how the manager felt and there was nothing she could do now cause I already had paid. So not only was I lied to, but the girl at the drink machine basically just told me to screw off. I remained patient and cordial the hole time. Seems as though this chipotle just does whatever they feel like, has no principles, and doesnt t care how their employees treat the customers. Stay away
