Even though, being literally a lifetime customer, and Olive Garden removing my 2 fav appetizers from the menu long ago - the toasted ravioli and spinach dip, it is still nice to visit and while I almost gave a 4 star for this visit due to the fact that I came specifically for the cheese ravioli dinner that they were out of, our hostess - Alesha and server - Brianna, made it a truly wonderful experience, going out of their ways for Alesha accomodating the seating I wanted (due to injury and not feeling my best) and Brianna being so helpful and patient with menu options - it wasnt their faults for being out of my desired dish and I still enjoyed a wonderfully tasteful meal and left feeling in better spirits from such amazing customer service. Thank you Alesha and Brianna for making it a lovely time!

My response is for Rishub. We see the kitchens in the Olive Garden restaurants every day. Their food is not micro-waved as Rishub stated and all their sauces and meals are prepared from scratch every day. As for the scampi, the meats are kept in a refrigerated drawer until needed. Quite probably, they could have been extremely busy and the cooks shorted their cook time to rush out the meal (not an excuse). Their food always has good flavor and quality. As in any restaurant, there is always the possibilty of an order not up to standards or right. If so - call your waiter and request a recook, theyll understand !

Customer service is horrible. The individual at the front does not have any common sense. They are telling their walking customers that they cannot park in the front. The first parking spot in front does not have any signs, but they reserved it for pickup only. Yet they want they customers who will be spending money in the store to go out and remove their cars from the spot. That I consider offensive and plain stupid. When I saw they do this to a customer, I told the girl upfront that there is no sign and she should not turn away customers. But didnt have any common sense there.

7 tables seated ahead of our party even though we were "next" in line. Waited a total of an hour, on a Monday night. We watched people come in, wait, and be seated. Party of five, party of eight, party of two.... Hostesses were yelling out names multiple yes like we were at a Silver Diner even though there are buzzers handed out. Not a good experience for our Sons 13th birthday. Finally seated, drinks, and ordered.... "Sorry, out of Salmon.." Wish he picked another place to eat.... Should have left, but the kid wanted to stay....

ASK FOR REBECCA! I have been here more time than I can count! (shh dont tell my waist line) I highly recommend Rebecca as a waitress. She has always gone above and beyond and really makes you feel special when you are there. I told her that Diet Coke was my life blood and she made sure that glass was always filled to the top! I ordered a dessert and shared with my sister, she split the dessert in back and brought it out to us. Just an extra step she didnt have to do!

I love Olive Garden, but this particular location was just ok. I was there for lunch and ordered the Unlimited Soup and Breadsticks with Lasagna, but after finishing a bowl of soup, the waiter was nowhere to be found for 5 minutes. So much for unlimited. Also, the place was freezing, but it was humid and smelled bad inside like the windows had been open overnight and the ac was just turned on full blast right before opening. The food, though, was great.

Good place to come for an Italian meal. The menu has a good selection of Italian favorites and is reasonably priced. The quality control in the kitchen is really good as well. They serve liquor, beer and wine as well as soft drinks tea and coffee. There is wheelchair accessible parking as well as accessable entrance and male and female restrooms. If you come for dinner you can pretty much expect a wait as this is a pretty popular among the locals.

Usually I have a good experience at Olive Garden. This time, not so much. I ordered online, waited 25 minutes before arriving. When I got there, I had to wait 20 minutes before someone acknowledged me. Then, the food wasnt ready. I watched people come and go while I waited. Finally, after speaking with a manager I received my order. No compensation offered for the wait, I thought I should at least get a soda out of the bad experience.

Its food, thats the best I can do. The service was outstanding though, even being way understaffed our server was on top of it. People were complaining about the food and he took it with a smile and carried on professionally. He definitely got his tip from us and then some for his courtesy and kindness to the disrespectful family towards him of food he didnt prepare or plate up. He gets the 5 star though not the Olive Garden we ate at.

The food was okay. It was Saturday and we had to wait longer than I would have liked, waiting buzzers and at table devices were down. The wait staff was hustling, the manager was telling everyone what to do, oblivious to interrupting customer. Most of the time he watched things without helping, he should have helped bust tables. About a third of the tables were empty while there were a ton of people surrounding the reception area.

This once was a place to get good Italian food for a family price. I wish they would get their quality back. Charge more if you have to but please start making decent food again! The Lasagna stinks now. I have better from a microwave. Hockey puck veal. Really sad trend in the US where food gets bad because they cut cost with quality rather than a modest price raise or smaller portions. Scratch this restaurant off my list.

Food as always is flawless as well as the wine collection which matches a reasonable price. I was celebrating my cousins birthday with a table full of 20 people which included 5 kids under the age of 4. It was a large group of us and the waitress we had taking care of us was very friendly, welcoming, and organized. My three major needs while being at a restaurant. I wish I could remember her name, but she was the best.

This is a good place for young kids and I guess it is a good place if you want to have a fine dining experience and still wear your basketball shorts. Specials are a good deal for very low quality, cheap pasta. Regular menu is overpriced because they use the same ingredients on their regular menu that they do for specials. Come here for a cheap lunch in a (relatively) formal setting. The soups not bad.

Typical design and function for an Olive Garden. I love the chains salad. I dont know if this is now a thing with Olive Garden, but the have a whole separate service desk for take out. The staff is great. I recently had a screwed up online order (who knew there is a Woodbridge in New Jersey). They promptly fixed it and treated us in the bar while we waited for the super fast replacement. Kudos.
