I use to order from Angelico a lot. After today, I never will again. The pizza is pretty good. I think theyre small for the price your paying considering it is nothing spectacular. I mainly order there because I can do so online and that is convenient. I had called a few times to place the order while driving home but those who answered the phone were not polite so I just stuck to ordering online. Tonight something happened with my order. Whether there was a glitch in the system, I mis-clicked or whatever- I was delivered my usual (Bacon, jalapeno pizza). Everything was great except for the fact that it had no cheese. Like I said, it could have been my mistake. But the "manager" was so rude to me I was really offended. I was friendly and he was rude. It was a burden for the "manager" to call a customer. They more or less told me "too bad so sad." and that it wasnt their fault (which it may not have been). It was poor customer service all around and today they lost a customer. Like I said, it may have been my fault. But the way the situation was handled and the fact that the manager was so rude was really discouraging. The delivery guys were never nice so I never tipped more than $3.00 I prefer to give my money to friendly organizations. My chinese delivery guys get minimum $5.00 tip! They rock!

We really love Angelicos. They have been a Friday or Sunday night staple for us for at least the past 3 years. The delivery is always fast and friendly, and although weve never sat down to eat there, weve gone to pick up food and they have a very nice seating area that looked clean and quiet. The sandwiches are our favorite, they are so flavorful and huuuge, we can rarely finish them in one sitting. The salads are also huge, if you take what is in the to-go side-salad container out and put it on a plate, the plate will be overflowing. The Greek salad is mostly lettuce, olives, feta, and a few green peppers, but the dressing that they make for it is the best dressing Ive ever had, its a roasted red pepper and olive oil etc. puree. The pizzas are covered in really fresh toppings. My parents were in town and we ordered their pizzas for a quick late dinner. My Dad is Italian and grew up in his grandparents restaurant in Boston, and he said it was the best pizza hes ever had. Definitely try this place, you wont regret it, youll probably end up addicted to their delicious food like we are :) .

I live in Maryland and I am very picky about my pizzas! Was with another adult and 3 kids car shopping around the corner. Got hungry and decided to stop here to eat pizza as it is the cheapest option when feeding 5. They had a great 2 pizza 1 topping special. Sat down and hoped this pizza was good because I get very picky about pizzas and it is usually tasteless crust and nasty sauce that turns me off. This pizza was the best tasting pizza I have ever had. The crust was just enough crunch, had plenty of flavor and the sauce and cheese had excellent flavor as well. I stuffed myself and it is 4 days later and I am craving this pizza and would drive the hour to hour 1/2 it took to get here again just for more! The owner was kind and took care of our every need. HIGHLY RECOMMEND a stop here!

At the advice of a friend, I decided to stop by Angelico Pizza last night for the first time. I ordered a large supreme with a whole wheat crust. After having nothing but salad all week, I was very much looking forward to having pizza. When I got it home, and opened the box, everything looked and smelled okay, but for an $18 dollar pizza, the toppings were quite sparse. I became very disappointed after trying the first piece. The crust (if you can call it that) was absolutely horrible! It was thick and gummy, had a horrible taste. I couldnt even finish the first piece Also, the sauce was very bland. The pizza was not at all what I had expected from an Italian restaurant. This turned out to be a huge waste of my money. Im going back to Dominos.

I ordered a single topping pizza and bread sticks. The pizza was ok. The quality is just like any typical generic pizza I have had around the Fairfax area. I have yet to find a pizza place around here that stands out from the rest. The bread sticks werent that good. I was hoping for something like Papa Johns bread sticks, but they werent even close. They had the same taste as the pizza crust, but with some garlic powder and other seasoning sprinkled on top. Usually this is all a pizza place would have to do, but their crust isnt very good to begin with. You can tell they dont put a whole lot of effort into them.

Food came in a timely manner (delivery), however the fettuccine alfredo that was ordered with chicken did not come with chicken, and the order of chicken tenders were undercooked, pink in the center and gooey on the outside. Pesto pasta with chicken did have chicken, which was of a low quality for the price, and was bland just like the fettuccine. Was going to call but decided not to after reading other reviews stating that nothing would be done about it. For an alternative to campus food, it was actually worse (and more expensive) than what I could have gotten at the on-campus buffet! Not eating here again.

I love to come here for lunch. The atmosphere is great. The decor is great. The food is always great. The service is great. This is a deli style restaurant with a slightly upscale flair. You order at the window, and the server brings it to you (at least at lunch time. I think you have a server during the dinner hours.) We have always been impressed, and continue to return.

We ordered cheese bread sticks, Italian cal zone, and fetichini Alfredo. It was awful. Bland and VERY dry. Somehow ended up really brown on outside and doughy on the inside. Awful quality ingredients. We are not very picky people but this was bad. I cannot believe they have 4 stars. Went on 6/25/14.

Amazing fast service. I always pick up and its usually between the 10-15min they say. Pizza is delicious and dis I mention all the other items on the menu .the inside of the restaurant is outstanding . Newly renovated and offers a nice selection of wine too. Family friendly as well.

We ordered a calzone with mozzerella and cheese only but got a calzone with sauce inside, no ricotta and only a little mozzerella and the dough was not cooked completely. The only reason with gave it 2 stars was our daughters had chicken caesar salad and they liked theirs.

Their pizzas actually have cheese on them - something missing from the chain pizza places. The interior is clean. The staff is very attentive. Their sandwiches and Chicken Caesar salads are good too.

messed up my order, then were rude on the phone and refused to fix the mistake or giving me any money back, saying "well give you double next time" ... there wont be a next time. Horrible service.
