We really enjoy Panda Express, the orange chicken is awesome, and my kids loves the chicken with green beans (mostly the green beans!). What stood out at this location was the manager. We unknowingly went through the drive-thru a few minutes before they opened on a Sunday. We were greeted by what I can only assume was an automated greeting of a womans voice, because we had no response after saying hello a few times. We then drove up to the window and the manager stuck his head out letting us know they werent yet open, but would be glad to take our order. The food still came out quickly even. Top-notch customer service!

I just ordered a plate with broccoli beef, honey sesame chicken, and side of white rice. What I got was one and half cups of rice, four pieces of broccoli, two pieces of beef, three pieces of chicken gristle... For $7. Kinda annoyed that I spent $7 on white rice with a meat garnish. Since it was drive-thru, I had to wait 30 minutes. One star since some it was edible.

I order online. The food was not ready by the time I reached over there . I was actually 10 mins late than my expected time. I was okay being waited by the people were glaring at me because I went ahead of them. The black pepper chicken was not fresh. It lacked falvor and it was kind a soggy with soup like consistency. I was happy with my orange chicken

The food was OK but once i opened the box all my food was EVERYWHERE none of it was in the sections were it had to be. I had to wait 15 min to get my food every time i asked they said give us 5 min. Everything is bad but the food. I wouldnt recomend i would only if they had better service.

Call to place an order employee very rude told me that he didnt have time to take my order for pick up that I had to go place it online I do a lot of business with Chinese restaurant I have 15 orders to put in for my employees very unsatisfied will not order from them at all

Ordered thru the drive thru - came home and chomped on a METAL WINGNUT IN THE CHOW MEIN. Still havent heard back from the manager or corporate, and its been a day. Will update after my dentist visit to see if all is OK.

I appreciate the teriyaki chicken, but this location runs out way too often. I also contacted corporate to report a poor customer experience, which Ive never done before. There was no follow-up to my feedback.

30 minutes sitting in the drive through. When I get to the window there is a lady throwing down trays while cursing & then another lady lets us know our food is not ready. Um, seriously?
