Great wings, horrible service. Possibly the worst customer service of any restaurant Ive ever been to. Weve been here several times & had takeout 4 or 5 times. EVERY time they forget something, mess up our order somehow or leave us waiting forever when weve eaten in. They dont even ask to refill your drink. Theyd make more $ as we would get more drinks, but they never come back. Takeout: Got wings & quesadilla. Quesadilla had virtually no cheese & fell apart when picked up. Called & manager was very nice & gave us another order the next day. (much appreciated) This time the food was better, however they forgot EVERYTHING in the bag on the checklist. As a matter of fact the checklist was not done by anyone! It was blank. Hubby had to ask for his sauce 4 his shrimp. They gave us no blue cheese for our wings!! NONE. No dressing for my salad. No utensils. No napkins. No ketchup. Nothing. And my salad was bagged with all the hot food. WOW! Who is overseeing these people? This is crazy. So my advice? Check your bag THOROUGHLY b4 leaving the rest. U will have to ask for everything!! Check all your food. Ask 4 napkins, dressing, forks, etc. As 4 me, I dont care how good their wings are, I think Im done with BWW. 2 many good rest. in the area to continue to give them our $$. The other reviews reflect that the service has been bad 4 yrs. so mngt. is not doing their job obviously. If u really want to eat there, make sure u have LOTS of time to kill cuz u will wait a very long time & have to ask 4 everything. The food is usually good, but the service is just awful. Mostly young people who stand around & joke/talk with each other & ignore their customers. Im gonna try Stafford & see if theyre any better.

I looked at my phone and saw that it was Tuesday with great joy. The first thing I thought was great I remembered what day it was on the day that they have discounts on #traditionals. I called up the local #BuffaloWildWings and I believe I spoke with Cory. From the start the service and experience was just what you would expect from an establishment being run at a high level. When I arrived to pick up my order I again was met with a wholesome hearty genuine greeting from Cory the same person that took the order I believe. He was very efficiently confirming my order and completing payment. The timing was spot-on from what was estimated on the phone. I did not have to wait, the food was ready and was brought out to me so professionally and so attentively... Again confirmed to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. He even made sure that I had the perfect amount of fries with my 15-piece #traditional half #garlicparmesan half #AsianZing. Do yourself a favor. I sat down at a pub table near the bar, waitress was walking back and forth by me, I asked if I could order a beer, she said I wasnt in her section and she would find my waitress. 20 minutes go by, I walk up to the bar to order my beer. Sit back down, still no waitress. I asked her again as she walked by, she pointed out a fat black girl who was all the way on the other side of the bar. I never got to order wings or food. Stupid waitress still walking all around me, smiling and helping others, Then, when I was not looking, bus boy took my beer! I guess he was cleaning up from the 1pm football games. I asked around, some other waitress tried to help me, she did bring me another beer, but keep telling me how busy they were and how she has been working all day blah blah blah, too much personal info. I took 2 sips and left your restaurant never to return. All of your staff should review how to treat customers, I saw bad attitudes and poor manners. I took a photo of the staff member who treated me poorly.

Zero stars! I have NEVER in my life been treated so rudely in a restaurant. We never come to BWW because my husband got food poisoning once, however we decided to stop by for drinks to watch the NBA finals. We sat in the open bar seating area. No one acknowledged us so we asked a passing waitress for water. She rolled her eyes, told another waitress who slammed waters on our table and stated that our waitress would be by. I witnessed one waitress arguing with a manager while pointing in our direction, while the other waitress stared on angrily. Basically they were waring over who was going to take our table. They both decided not to and served everyone around us and NO ONE offered us a menu, drinks, NOTHING. We watched their free big screen and left when we got hungry to eat somewhere else. STAY AWAY! Talked to the person who we found out was the manager who walked passed us dozens of times and never said anything about us not having food, drinks. All she said was "Im sorry."

Pedí una sangría , cuando el mesero trajo mi orden era una sangría con vino blanco la cual no ordene al preguntar porque estaba con vino blanco y no tinto , el mesero me respondió porque la de vino tinto " es nasty" . Que tipo de servicio es cuando tu propio mesero te dice que lo que ordenas es Nancy. Tuve una muy mala experiencia con el servicio.

Muy mal experiencia tenniamos que comer rapido porque despues Delas 9:00 PM cobran $20 por persona Porla pelea es una estupidea que un restaurante de este tipo cobre como sifuera poca Jente la que llega es Mucha la jente que llega paraque Anden en la mesa 3 veses preguntado si nod quedamos nod cobran es incómodo esto para uno que te apuren para comer

We are big fans of BWWs and typically go the one in Stafford, VA and were in the area and decided to try the Woodbridge BWWs. After waiting 15 minutes at our table and no service we ended up leaving. It was awkward too, because several waitresses walked by and never acknowledged our existence and no one seemed to know what they were doing. And it was not busy at all, it was 4:30 on Saturday. Plenty of workers just standing around, no management in sight. The table was not clean and the floor was filthy and looked like the day after of a frat party. Will never go back. Go to the BWWs in Stafford. Or go to this restaurant if you want poor service and food poisoning.

beer was warm and tasted bad, asked for a replacement. chips were stale, asked for a replacement (manager looked at me with a blank stare) ordered 12 wings...the 6 asian zing barely had any sauce on it, the mild had absolutely no sauce on it. Asked for those to be replaced, they brought back the same wings with some sauce sprayed on top lol. On top of that, this is the only place that will charge extra for ranch and celery sticks. BWWs is a a good name and I have had good experiences there at other locations (Blacksburg branch go Hokies!)...but this Woodbridge branch is an absolute joke and it is def ruining the BWW name. Please hire managers fit for the job!
