Left one taco bell to come to this one because the line hadnt moved in 20 minutes. This one was definitely an improvement. The lady taking my order was extremely chipper for 12 at night and patient as everyone in the car figured out what they wanted. The order was correct and food was hot. I greatly appreciate that they were open so we could grab some food on our road trip home. Great service and staff!

Slow service almost every time I go to this location. Food is better than most other locations however.... The hours are not normal and the staff are not nice. Avoid this location unless you are willing to wait a LONG time for , "Alright" food. Service and waste of time is not worth it. Such a long wait time. 2nd visit. Been waiting for 25m.

Unbelievably slow service. Prepare to wait 15-30 minutes in the drive thru even if you are the only customer. Also, make sure you triple check your order (including whats inside a burrito) because its not a matter of if they messed up its more about what they messed up. Side note: they always fix the problem and theyre friendly about it

I typically drive past 3 taco bells to get to this one. The food quality is amazing and I can tell that they are using a higher grade of meat and better quality of refried beans and it makes a huge difference. Please keep up the great work and awesome food quality. Cheap is not always better! The drive through is a little slow though!

I drove an extra 5 mins so I didnt have to go to the Taco Bell further south on brook road. Does that make me a fatty, maybe, but it was worth it. Ive never used the words fresh and awesome to describe Taco Bell but this place is different. the staff are polite and the place is clean. Overall a whole new Taco Bell experience. Ha

Food quality is good during breakfast and lunch. Portioning sizes are way off, they are too small. There is one manager who is nice and corrects the problem. The rest of the employees their seem rude and short with you at times. Go check out the shortpump taco bell right across from the movie theater. You can see the difference.

Theres a new location near the house and with a new baby in the house, while not the healthiest options, it makes up for it in expedited service. The new location lacks the churros which was upsetting but my stomach was in knots either way after dinner. Do people actually do reviews for

Average "fast food joint" , above average cleanliness, and a nice staff as well. Though at times they get bogged down around noon with the lunch crowd trying to get the drive thru and lobby taken care of, most do it with a smile (most of the time).. happy eats!

We had a very large order and they were very quick to prepare it. They did mess up on the meat one of the orders. However they did quickly fix it for us. It is a great location and the staff are very friendly!

Slow service dining in or using the drive thru. Food is, more often than not, fresh, which is nice. Some days you are better off going to a full service restaurant considering the wait times.
