Like many other reviewers my visit was not a good one. I watched the manager and one employee offer up poor service to all customers. The one employee felt like he needed to cuss constantly about nothing then chose to run to the back for a smoke. The manager took two orders flirted around with the employee that was mentioned above then got some cheese fries and hid in the back. This left two younger employees to pull the load and they became frustrated with the actions of the two above. Lets move to the food the fries were not fresh very salty and just not good. All the wings were very over cooked and the parmigiana wings tasted like plain wings. As many wing shops we have in the area Im not hurting for options but I know this will not be one we add to that list. Note to the owner as many cameras you have in the store please review your tapes and work or replace the staff you have. They will be the key to the success of your business.

I ordered a 30 pack of wings with original hot sauce and I placed an order online because I live 25 mins away anyways I pick up the wings and normally they would be great but this time when I get home there was no sauce on any of the chicken I mean none what so ever and I didnt want to to drive back 20 more mins for extra sauce. I called told them that there was no sauce they said next time come early we were late to pick up our order but if you could count 10-15 mins being late....Our tardiness apparently made the chicken soak up all the sauce so much so that there was no sauce on the bottom of the box from what Felicia and the manager told us

Terrible service, overpriced food, and unsanitary to boot. Run from this place before you get sick! It cost me $10 for 8 wings and took 20 minutes to get them. The counter help took my order after I waited 5 minutes while he argued with a customer on the phone. I asked how to order since it was my first time and he read the menu to me as if I couldnt read. He finally took my money then went back to make the food without washing his hands or putting on gloves. Ridiculous to think that anything about that service could actually be acceptable. One star for the location but that just puts more people at risk!!

I went here with coworkers on a weekday and was surprised by how empty the parking lot was at 12:45 pm. We were the only 3 costumers in the place when we ordered our wings for eat in. A few stragglers came in about 10 minutes after us but that was about it. It took 25 minutes for them to cook our wing combos, which makes for a long lunch break. The wings were pretty good, but not for how long they took. Theres nothing special about the prices. I love wings but I wont be back here. Its a shame because the decor is quite unique.

Customer service was awesome, nice clean place to eat. The food itself was lackluster. Ive never been until recently & was under the impression that the chicken wings were FULL SIZED WINGS, not flats or drums! Also the amount of salt seasoning they put on the fries is terrible, that could kill a person. seriously. I wish someone gave me a heads up, i ended up throwing the fries away. The wait, like everyone else said was approx 25-30 mins.

Great wings! Pretty crispy if you order well done, and the perfect amount of sauce. I wish the "hot" flavor was just a bit hotter- the next heat level is atomic. However, theres always Mango Habanero which was a really nice balance of sweet & spicy. The fries are sprinkled with a special blend that tastes a bit like a lightly sweet cajun seasoning. Will definitely be back for more.

Haha, so I got the notification on my phone to tell others what to expect. Well the food is pretty good, you can also ALWAYS expect your food to take 10 to 15 minutes longer that what the website says for your order to be ready. Thats a constant for this location. Service isnt as good as youd get a Midwest location. Just be warned!

Wings and fries took an extra 30 mins then it was supposed to. After getting home we realized they messed up the order. They put the fries in a container with no lid. So they were cold. Numerous fries were black, hard, and unedible. Wont be back. Huge disappointment.

Pro-Ranch sauce was delicious Con- Food is overrated and nasty. Totally waste of money. I ordered chicken tenders and fries and looked at what I was served. Dont serve someone food you wouldnt want to eat yourself.

Good food but suuuuuuuuuper slow. It took 30 minutes to serve 6 wings ! Why? I thought she was pulling feathers off those wings. Please order online or come in a military uniform if you are on a timetable.

My husband and I waited 25 minutes for our food. A customer that came in (and ordered) after us, received his food before us. They ate definitely slow. Make sure you call your order in !
