I called this place by mistake trying to fix an order that I had made on UberEATS. Instead of them simply telling me that I had the wrong WingStop the played on the phone constantly putting me on hold and then finally giving the phone to the Manager who yelled in my ear laughing that I had the wrong location and kept calling me "Love" and "Sweetie" while I was trying to ask her for the number to another WingStop. Which I told her was very uncalled for and rude to use that type of language with a stranger. She then proceeded to threaten me saying that I could meet her after her shift when she got off and hung up.

When I got there, the young lady working the register was preoccupied with a baby. She had the baby on the counter top. I stood there for 3 minutes before she finally took my order. I waited 20 minutes for my order of 20 wings. I got the garlic parmesan and they were absolutely disgusting. There was no garlic butter on the wings, they were dry, no flavor! Horrible customer service. The one guy had his phone plugged up behind the counter and was texting while cooking. This was my first time trying wingstop....and i will NEVER eat there again.

So this is my second time here and since I already paid Im not going to leave but theres always someone in the Kitchen sneezing,coughing,and acting like its ok when in fact its not...Your around peoples food.Then when has it become ok to ring a person up and then go cook without even washing your hand this place is nasty....Sad part about it the food is good but I work to hard to spend my money on germs and carelessness.Never again

I ordered from this place they told me 15 to 20 min went to pick it up they told me they havent started my order yet . Come back in 20 min . I called to make sure my order was ready after 20 min they told me that they didnt make it because they thought I was not going to came back . The worst experience ever . Extremely rude staff very unprofessional.

When it comes to wings, i am VERY fussy! Ive been to Wing Stop about 6 times since theyve opened and had nothing but disappointed; until.. today! Thanks to Sidney (I believe thats her name) I finally got Lemon Pepper Wings fried hard. The staff was friendly and and atmosphere was very clean!

The food was good, their prices are great but their staff are very ghetto. I mean Im from Trenton, NJ & we arent perfect but damn "youre in a business environment, least you can be casual." Also I like the place because there are a lot of minority there but staff needs more training.

Wings are good but staff is incompetent and unprofessional. Place closes at 12 am,I ask for wings at 11:22 pm and apparently they are closed? I am standing in the store ! Ordered wings tonight, the person answering the phone is having a full blown conversation while taking my order.

It was pretty bad. Extremely slow with only two customers. They got my order wrong and forgot the sauce for which I paid extra. Staff is very loud and unprofessional conduct in personal conversations. They were not rude directly to me but they seemed disorganized.

Most horrific exprience. Staff is very unfriendly. Take forever to get your food out. There isnt even a napkins. The wings are ok, but the fries is horrible. So salty. I can never go back there. Staff needs more customers service training.

Wingstop is very good dont get me wrong its just the service at this one is horrible never should 8 boneless wings take 40+minuets whens theres only 1 other person waiting if you want wingstop in Philly I suggest broad st or aramingo

Made up for mistakes but overall cleanliness of the restaurant was less than satisfying. Employees were openly careless & did not wear hairnets or change gloves after scratching themselves. Will not return to this location.

These young kids working here have no respect and they are talking and playing around while they are taking their time to cook the food. I waited more than 30 minutes for 10 wings and the cashier was very ratchet and rude.

This is the replacement for the Wingstop that was on Ridge avenue, the whole store looks pretty much the same, actually i think its a bit bigger. The Lemon Pepper wings sure havent changed, and they still taste damn good.

Staff was not attentive ,lack customer service skill,this one girl was on the phone getting annoyed with the customer for no reason .. I ask for ice they told me it would be 2.25 ..some places would give it for free

Not impressed. 1st time ordering. Ordered 50 wings, 2 sides and chicken tenders. Didnt get carrots and celery like we ordered. 1 of our sides was incorrect. Wing sauce was average. Definitely not "the wing pros"

A very popular spot. The wings are juicy and delicious. Nice sides. Always jumping! Nice crowds though. The parking lot is a little tight, but not impossible.
