I have been faithful to wing wagon since they opened. I havent been there lately watching what I eat, lol. I am breaking down and getting it today, I waited long enough by God. Now, as for there food. There is not a picky eater than me, I have been to just about every restaurant in Watertown, Syracuse, and the great NYC. Wing Wagon is the best, now I am truly sorry about some of your experiences. I have been in there, and had delivery. Actually, I do delivery alot. Again, I am sorry about some of your experiences, it happened to me it is not fun. Thank Guys.

Was there tonight to order me some wings, used to be one of my favorite restaurants while being here. Tonight there was a young Caucasian gentleman there which was talking with the shorter Caucasian gentlemen that works there. The gentleman who works there which I assume was friends with the Caucasian gentleman who came in after me during their conversation dropped the " Ni@@a" word 3 times while I was there and he never corrected him. Needless to say I felt really uncomfortable being there I will never go to that establishment again

I placed and order for one of my co workers, (a medium Hawaiian Pizza and fried dough) at 1120am and it still wasnt here by 1 so she called them. They said they couldnt find the house. When I called the order in I gave him directions and the address to the business. The driver himself called back apprx 5 minutes later and I gave him the address and very specific directions to the business and even spelled out the name of it to him. OBVIOUSLY NOT A HOUSE! They never tried to call us back.

Awful very rude on the phone took forever to order a large pizza and wings, delivery driver was late and after telling me it was $18.34 on the phone changed the total to $34. Tried asking the driver about the price and he was awful to deal with. He barely managed to explain that the total was because chicken fingers were on the pizza. The food was ok, but the customer service was god awful.. better places to order from in Watertown (Cams/ OIP).

I just ordered the bacon chicken ranch pizza and it is by far the best BCR pizza I have tried ! The chicken was well fried and amazing ! The wings were absolutely great and the fried dough Aswell ! Delivery time was fast and punctual ! Totally recommend it

Love Wing Wagon wings!! They are cooked to perfection...not overdone and not fatty. The secret wing sauce is awesome, best sauce in town. When I want to treat myself I get Wing Wagon wings!

Im always so impressed with the wings and pizza. Tonight I tried the Haddock, Im seriously blown away. FANTASTIC! And their service is always on point, huge plus.

For a place called "Wing Wagon" this place has the best Meat Lovers Pizza Ive ever had in my life. It comes with a side of buffalo and it is the best.

Great wings, average prices. Dine in area cramped, hot and noisy. Good food but would recommend take out or delivery to enjoy it elsewhere.

Ive tried wings at multiple places here in Watertown, and out of the two I like most, Wing Wagons Hot wings are some of the best around!
