Ive been coming to this place ordering wings for months as Im from New York. I loved the food until the new employee gave me bad wings which made me sick. When I told the driver that I will NOT order wings unless Josh, another worker whos one of the best cooks that works there, it was told to me I cannot purchase food from there anymore. If youre doing business it is your obligation to provide customer service. Not only have I referred your establishment to friends but theyve spent money there. So do I have an issue with eating raw chicken wings that made me sick, YES I do because I want what I paid for. I was sick and still sick with an upset stomach eating chicken that wasnt fully cooked. So if you have an issue with me complaining to your delivery driver about a customer not trusting your employees to cook meat well done, thats not my issue! Thats yours! You dont ever have to worry about me spending my hard earned dollars at your establishment because no one should have to eat uncooked meat. Next time train your employees right by cooking food or youll guys might end up getting sued for food poisoning. Im very angry that you would treat a loyal customer like this who spends money in your establishment everyday. Instead of you trying to remedy the issue, you band a customer that did nothing but supported you. Shame!

I first started ordering from here about a year ago. The food was great and delivery was always quick. The past 2 times weve ordered the food hasnt been good at all, then tonight has just ensured I will never order from here again. I ordered a cheesesteak and cheese pizza at 5:25 pm. I paid over the phone with my card and was told my food would be here in 30-40 minutes. 6:30 rolls around and I call to see where my food is, the man said it was on its way. By 6:55 I called back and told them I didnt want the food anymore and to return my money to my card. Nobody cant fault me for not wanting food thats 90 minutes old, especially when I live a 5 minutes drive from this place. He then tells me there is no manager there and there wont be until mon. Today is thurs. absolutely ridiculous. Its fine Ill dispute the charges with my bank as they have no signature to authorize the transaction. But this is horrible business and I will make sure everyone I talk to knows it.

I ordered dinner for me and my kids the other night and it was horrible our fries were burnt my popcorn shrimp was cold and hard as a rock my cheesesteak started out okay but once I got about half thru it, it started tasting weird my kids nuggets were cold. I called and told them about it and told them it was my first time ordering from there and would be my last... the manager on shift assured me he would talk with the owner and have them call me the next day to either give me my money back or replace the food and I never heard back from either of them. So I will never order from there again we was wanting to try something different but Ill just stick with pats pizzeria where our food is always delivered fresh !!!!

Food was great. Very sweet people. I came in one day while spending time with my 2 lil ones at the library and got us some lunch with what money i had left (didnt bring but 10 bucks to get a couple of things) was able to feed us with one chicken nugget and fry order and didnt have enough on me when my son wanted a drink. The man working was so sweet. He said go ahead and give him a bottle of whatever he wanted. Great people working in this restaurant and delicious food!!! Ill never forget this act of kindness.

Thanks to new management I am changing my 5 star rating to what would be no stars. They lost a loyal customer of two years. I used to be able to get multiple flavors of my 18 wing order and now I cant. Come on, sauce is sauce. Its not as if I was costing the place money. And now they dont honor their coupons. Way to run the place into the ground. Good going new management. Sams deli is now my new sub place.

The best in Maryland! If you were ever looking for the best pizza with the most amazing savory wings with near limitless sauces then you have come to the right place. Not only is their delivery fast and the food is always HOT but the quality, quantity, and craftsmanship is out of this world. This is the only place i order from!

Ive only had their wings so far, but they keep me coming back. Im always thinking about when I can go back again. The party wings are hefty, with minimal fat on them, and the skin is crispy, not soggy like a lot of party wings. Love that they offer many different flavors to choose from. Ive yet to have one that I dont like.

Overall poor quality of the food, the chicken was dry and bland with the shrimp more so. The best part would have been the drink and the worst would be the cheesecake, it all was delivered within a reasonable time.

Great people, the food is delicious and affordable. Lots of options to choose from, free drinks for Military personnel. The food portions are big, the desserts are tasty. I heard the wings are delicious!!!

Crappy wings.. Cheap breaded chicken. They are more like wing dings and should not be called party wings. Another American food spot made cheap by a foreigner. Pizza was ok, but so is frozen pizza.

My second time at Wings N Pies and the food is good. The staff is very nice .And there is plenty of parking. Pricing is just right. This is one of my favorite place to eat now.
