The food is usually decent, but the service is typically just bad. Every time weve gone, our waiter has been inattentive and impossible to find. The beer / sauce tasting is never recommended anymore or asked about. They take your order, come back with the food, then come back with the check. Theres no checking on how the food came out or even if anyone needs refills. They want you in and out the door as soon as possible. Overall, pretty bad service with decent wings and other food items. If you want to take advantage of their wing nights, order carryout.

Our waitress was great, but the food was truly horrible. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich that tasted and looked like the chef just ran down to McDonalds to pick one up for me. It was basically an overpriced cafeteria chicken patty with some wing sauce poured over the top with some terrible Kraft cheese. Take a look at the picture if you dont believe me. Take my advice and go to McDonalds instead, youll still probably feel sick after but at least youll be about $8 richer.

It is only ok. Maybe if you arent from the northeastern US and there arent any local places that know how to make wings this place might interest you. For those of us who know what real wings taste like, they fall short. It is a sports bar. They have a decent beer selection, not great but decent. They offer a variety of flavors of sauces that can pass for wing sauce. Go to a local bar. The wings are better. The TV may not be 7 but the wings are way better.

Service was horrible and the manager didnt care. I eat wings all the time but $7 for 3 wings!! Really dont think so!! Had the pork sandwich and Im not usually that sensitive to salt, but dam I needed a glass of water to puff back up!! Lol. Bad experience and this was for lunch!! There are much better places in the valley to get wings and watch the game. Dont bother with this place. You can get beer anywhere!

I used to love coming here until they changed the blue cheese they first had the really tasty one with the clumps of blue cheese then they switched it and it was similar then now they switched it with one with zero clumps and when eaten with my wings just taste like Im eating salt . Couldnt even eat my wings o and Barley any sauce on my wings.

Fell in love with BW3S in grad school. There wings are some of the best corporate wings around. Store is new to Wilkes-Barre and seating is usually open. Its a bit out of the way but worth it. There are plenty of wings place in NEPA, but sometimes the old standard is needed. Good beer, great TVs and a fun time with a group of friends.

My son loves the wings. I however, do not like very much at this restaurant. It is over priced "bar" food. We never spend less than $60 for two of us and it is never a satisfying meal. If it werent for my son liking the wings ( which for me are way too hot, even for mild), I would never return to this restaurant.

Wings are terrible definitely do not look like what they do in that picture never go there it was the worst hour and a half of my life and Ive been at church go to Kellys in Scranton pa much better wings but they have very nice bathrooms I had to go throw up in there since the food was so bad

Its a chain... I do wish they had some healthier options, even the salads carry 1000 calories with poor options for dressings even though they tout an abundance of wing sauces. For what it is, its consistent, you know theyll have your game on, and great for the kids.

Stopped at this BWW while driving through. Very clean and nice looking on the inside and staff is friendly and fast. We sat outside and had a fantastic view on the city. If you are lucky enough to stop in on a nice day sit outside and enjoy a good piece of scenery.

Went with a friend and I have to say, it was pretty cool. Wasnt too busy which was nice. Granted it was a Wednesday evening so perhaps the ideal time to go. No problems with the order and the waitress was attentive. Definitely will be going back.

The waitress was friendly but kind of abandoned us after serving our food. I got the buffalo chicken tenders, which were good but not out-of-this-world good. For a place thats named itself after its buffalo chicken I kinda expected more.

I went to this location a few weeks back. As a shareholder I was extremely pleased with the service and atmosphere. The manager had a friendly conversation with us and was truly customer oriented. I highly recommend this location!

The waitresses are very friendly but the chicken bites and Wings are overly breaded so basically youre paying $20 for chunks of fried bread.They need to put more chicken in the chicken and to have bites with less breading.

Ive been to other BWW, but had the best experience at this location. The service was positive and helpful with menu questions. I love their fried pickles. They were a last minute order and I was so happy I got them.

This place is very expensive you can spend up to $100 with no alcohol drinks just ordering wings and Burgers and Fries not a place to go if youre looking not to spend lot of money
