Tues July 11 2017 I went during the evening which I wish I hadnt. Melanie was polite but in a hurry, probably because no one was cleaning the 7 tables around me. I wanted to sit on the bar side and couldnt because there were no clean tables there as well. Im updating this review because as Ive told my usual waitress I will not tip inconsistency. I dined alone, ordered my usual and was charged taxes 3 different times on the same check. I asked for my discount which was not applied originally and went from a 1 seated dinner to this (image of receipt) if you ring or categorize my order just to charge me more, Im not tipping, which I almost handed her til I realized my total had gone up yet again. (Previous review) Delicious. Ive been there alot lately becsuse..I love wings. And bdubs has pretty good french fries. The service has been good each time. I think ive gone 3 times in the last week and a half and each time i had a diff server but the food quality hasnt changed. But they really need another promotional drink. The saharan sweet spice is the best sauce right now also!

Poor service, low quality food. Was seated quickly, so that was nice. Server took our drink orders, our beer & sodas came in about 5 minutes. Ordered, ate & finished our appetizer, still had no refills. Mozzarella sticks were good, considering they just had to try them. Waited 45 minutes for some wings & fries. Still no refills, but she made 2 stops to bring us napkins. Finally asked for more beverages. Took another 10 minutes. When our food finally arrived, my tenders were cold, limp and looked absolutely terrible, as they were the only thing on the plate. No salad, so sauce, no veggies. She brought out the rest of my meal, and when I complained she was quick to go get the manager. He took off the cold tenders, soggy fries & bone-in wings that had sat under the heat lamp for so long the sauce had congealed. Every time we go, the service is slow but at least the food had been good. Not this time however. Quite possibly the last time we go to BWW. Our local wing place is 100x better, and worth an hour wait.

So we went in on a Monday night there was maybe The most 12 tables in there not busy at all. So we started off with appetizers and beers, we got our appetizers before our beers! So next time we know to order 2 drinks per person at a time. I am a server myself it was the worst customer service and the management was just as bad. So my husband dips we had already eaten our food and we were just talking with our friends and watching the games that were on. Let me remind you we are paying 5 bucks a bottle beer so he is spitting into the bottle and the manger which is rude comes over and has a probley with my husband spitting Into the 5 dollar beer bottle we are paying for. Maybe if the manger was less worried about what my husband was doing and was focused on what his services and staff are doing you May have more customers and business. Never will we go back very crappy!

Just like any other Bdubs nationwide. The wings are good, lots of screens for sports and pay per view events, and fully stocked bar with a fine selection of brews on tap. This buffalo wild wings, as far as service goes, is ok. They are usually very busy on the weekends but empty on weekdays. Get there early for big sporting events or ppv events as you will wait a min of 1 hour + for seating. Also, service is not that good for a party over 4 as they will have a hard time getting your food correct...thats all.

We love BWW and go there quite often but tonight we got takeout and it was hugely disappointing. The nachos lacked half the stuff on them, the wings were clearly old and retossed in the sauce and the South West Steak Philly was thrown together with the bun not even connected to itself. To pay $35 for just these 3 things was irritating to have it look and taste the way it did. Having both of us work in a restaurant and seeing this was dissatisfying to say the least.

Drinks are Awesome love the frozen mango strawberry one, forgot the name though. Food? Well not very impressed with the high priced hamburgers that taste of cardboard. Went in hopes of a good juicy burger and got buns with the toppings and a cardboard like hamburger. I can spend the same amount at Walmart and get a bag of preshaped burgers that can be juicy and tasty without the added flavors!

Worst Buffalo Wild Wings I have ever visited. Went for lunch on a Saturday and it was not busy or crowded at all. Waited over 20 minutes for 2 kids meals that they got wrong, and some boneless wings that they screwed up as well. I dont see how you manage to screw that up, especially since they just reheat them and put sauce on them. Total lack of service, saw the server twice.

Great atmosphere for viewing of live games, bar life, and fun. Not really family friendly on big fight nights, but thats fine. Food is above average here and surprisingly a very good waiting staff! They are kind, smart, on top of it, and get your order right. It is a little over-priced though for what you get (like all BWW), but worth a try!

Got seated quickly, then sat for 20 minute with no wait staff even taking our drink order, or stopping by! Got up and left, went across the street to Applebees. Got seated, drinks and an app in less than 10 minutes! We were asked to be patient with our server as she was busy! Two different worlds! P.s. the bathrooms at BWW were gross too!

Always loved buffalo wild wings! Dont get me wrong, there are a lot of good mom and pop small time places with some pretty amazing wings around, but B-dubs is always a safe bet to know what you are going to get and the quality. Service here is pretty decent, crowded on game or fight days as predictable

There was a delay in our food. We didnt say anything about it we were not in a rush but the manager came over and apologized for the wait and comped part of our meal because they had new cooks training. The food was great and great service.

Great for a large group, they can seat us and let us pay separate. The food was just okay. I may have ordered something they couldnt master. The street tacos were forgettable; stick to ordering wings and you should be fine.

To be clear the rating is comparing it to other Bdubs. You go to Bdubs you know what you are going to get. The service is a lot better than other locations. The food is also very consistent.
