How do you mess up something as simple as a burrito? Let this location show you: have 2 different employees unsuccessfully fold it (squeezing everything out of it 4 times in the process, and scooping/pushing it back in after it smeared across the assembly counter each time) while making sure to create multiple holes/breaks in the tortilla in the process, then use the same piece of somehow priceless foil that has been covered in the exploded burrito, thus ensuring that you are certain to ask for a bowl next time, rather than the foil-wrapped tube of man-handled junk than is literally oozing sauces/juices from every possible opening. Finally, make sure that at least 3 staff members look at you cluelessly and say "sorry" after seeing my expression of disgust/disbelief, rather than simply correcting any of the problems (like using a new tortilla for the fillings, a clean piece of foil, or re-making the burrito correctly). My lesson learned: I should have disregarded my hunger and limited time during lunch break, and demanded a refund. I was forced to give 1 star to be able to click publish, but 0 stars is my true impression of this experience. After going online to publish this, I can see I am far from alone in my dissatisfaction. Ill never go back to this location.

De lo peor la gente hay trabaja con sueño y sin ganas. Fui a comprar tacos de barbacoa y me dieron todo frio y muy poca carne 3 tacos solo con un poquito de carne y salsa picante $13.00 de lo peor. Worst people working with no sleep and no desire. I went to buy barbecue tacos and I got all very cold and very little meat 3 tacos alone with a little meat and spicy sauce $ 13.00 for the worst.

On my last to-go order, I paid for a bag of chips along with my bowl . when I opened the bag, the bag of chip I paid for was missing. So today, I asked the cashier about it and they were acting like I am trying to get a chip for free! I didnt have the receipt to present. But does it really matter? How would they prove that they forgot items I paid for anyway? I could easily be lying right? But I still want to mention it anyway. I dont care about a bag of chips but after the way they were treating me? Yes I care about my bag of chips. They certainly dont do a good of giving you what you paid for, and they dont do a good job of tuning into customers complaints. Ended up walking out feeling like I am the weird one! Always check what you order before you leave the store!

If I could give this particular location less than 1 star, I would. Ive been coming to this specific Chipotle since it opened (for some reason), and nearly every time I come something is off. The last 2 times Ive visited, my bowl was about 50% of the size of a normal bowl at any other Chipotle. Usually Ill just leave the line and wont pay for it, and walk next door to Chick Fil-a. If youre lucky enough to get a regular portion, theres a strong chance the food will be bland and flavorless. After last nights experience, Im done for good. Ill drive the extra 5 minutes to the one on Rt. 123 in Vienna. Ive never had a bad experience from them in 7+ years.

Let me start by saying I am a huge Chipotle fan, but this was the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. We did a group online order and they just messed up so many things for my bowl. 1. They added sour cream when I didnt order any 2. They didnt give me two of the salsas I ordered 3. There was such a small amount of meat, and I got a double order 4. I found a large chunk of avocado skin in my food Additionally, the steak looked and tasted off, and some of the the chips were just coated in salt.

Hate to burn these kids but this was not good. Maybe theyre overworked. No smiles first of all. The counter is littered with condiments. They move at a snail pace. My burrito was the sloppiest ever. Disgruntled guy in line ( its a very simple concept of dining what could possibly be so wrong?). The cashier seems overwhelmed by counting money and preparing bags and asking those repetitive questions they ask and think her nose was running. Not appetizing. Needs help =(

I dont usually complain about places on here but this chipotle is so awful. I eat chipotle weekly and am local to this one. I will drive extra to not go here. Slow service, cold meat, terrible employees.. I did an online order for a simple burrito. Got there 5 minutes after my scheduled pick-up time. Still hadnt been prepared and there were maybe 2 people in line and 3 sitting eating so they werent that busy at all. Worst chipotle in history

Worst chipotle I have ever been too the customer service is terrible employees come into the shift change and still dont help out on the makeline and they dont portion any of the food right and one of my friends got stomach problems from this location and I wouldnt have believed it if wasnt for my experience and how dirty they keep there store the one thats at tysons corner mall is much cleaner and friendlier

I usually dont do reviews, but this place deserves it. This is the absolute worse!!!! Chipotle I have ever been to. The food was blan, tasteless, cold and they kept trying to cut me short on the amount of food I wanted. I have never in my life been so disappointed by food like that. The only reason I gave it a star is because I had to. DO NOT GO THERE TO EAT, go to the chick fil a next to it instead

This location struggles when understaffed or they experience turnover. When they first opened they were definitely 3 stars tops. But, the team right now is doing a great job. Chris is an all-star on register, always polite, fast, and helping out the line and pick up folks when needed. Food quality is good too. I never get giant gristle pieces in my barbacoa here.

Decent taste but not like real super duper taste like other chipotles. But people who work in wrapping section(tried in different timings like lunch, dinner) are very bad. If you are there for burrito, better get bowl. Because they will make u to feel that way.

Consistently the worst ingredient prep I have ever seen and after complaining, and showing them pieces of avocado seed, corn shuck thread and unidentified things in their food, and getting 6 free bowls from corporate, the place still cant get it right.

This Chipotle seems to have a store policy of waiting for the chicken to run out before cooking the next batch. Out of the six times, Ive gone here, Ive had to wait for chicken a total of 45 minutes. Skip this one and go to the one on Maple in Vienna

Came back during a Wednesday evening at 8pm and the food across the board was not hot or flavorful as I remembered. Ive since relegated this location as a subpar fast casual spot. You can eat better for the same money in Tysons.

Got food poisoning from this location on 20 Mar 2017 and was admitted to Urgency care overnight. It (the chicken burrito) was the only thing I ate that day. Had been going once a month for the past year prior and it was fine.
