Store is HORRIBLE the staff is rude and barely speak english. They will get your order wrong 3 times and ask you to go else where if you dont like it. I have almost got in to an altercation with a so called supervisor i called coorporate and they could give a rat ass care they also seem to be racist. I emailed coorporate and got a call from domonic and asked for his managee i then spoke to Amanda curry ( customer service lead) who is very very rude who has no respect for a customer and act just as racist as the store where i had the issue. I asked to speak to her manager in which i was denied then said she may call you so i am now awaiting Jillian hill ( customer service manager ) to give me a call. I would like to say chipotle IS RACIST!!!!! If you are of COLOR you will get treated differently they dont care but if you are non color they will treat you with the up most respect.i have reached out on several occasions about the behavior of there team and yesterday almost getting into an altercation/ fist fight with an employee all they say is we are working on it no apology from either end CHIPOTLE DO NOT CARE !!! The fixed my order and still got it wrong i will no longer support chipotle!!!!!

This Chipotle is awesome. The service is fast, the place is clean and always well stocked, and the employees are friendly if you smile and treat them like a human being (clearly those who are complaining about them dont). You can see them get a little stressed at times but they still always smile back and acknowledge my thank yous which I really appreciate. Coming here over the Seven Corners location is worth the little extra distance. The Seven Corners location is stingy and everyone is cold. Here, I get smiles and a full burrito bowl (not 5 stingy piece of lettuce in an already half empty one, thanks Seven Corners location!) and its really cool that they have a little section where you can see the food prep. Its fascinating to look at and gives me greater confidence in the food that Im eating.

First and foremost, let it be known that I dont funk around when it comes to my chipotle. This store is like any other typical chipotle restaurant. Clean. Parking is horrendous and service is even worse. Employees give you attitude when you ask for extra toppings - cheese, corn, etc. She sprinkled 15 pieces of cheese onto my bowl (yes, I counted), and when I asked to extra they charged me $2 - only Satan would do such a thing. I told them Ive never been charged for extra cheese, they told me to go to one of the other Chipotles they I seem to love (the response a jealous girlfriend would give you). Portions are small in general when compared to other chains. Would not recommend this chipotle. I have emailed customer service, waiting for a response.

horrible staff, food is ok but jeez i swear they count every piece of meat and even every piece of onion they put in your bowl. When i got chips with them and noticed they were all crumbled and in tiny pieces i got a deathstare from the person helping me, she tossed it in the garbage with such a face and then got me a new one. Ive never really had good experiences at this location, the one in tysons or even further down the road in falls church has better staff and a better experience. Guess ill just drive that extra bit.

Food is standard for Chipotle, but service here is consistently slow. I go to this location only because its walking distance from my office, but Id avoid it if I could. I come during slower times (no more than 2 people in front of me in line) and it still takes them 15-20 minutes to get me through the line. It doesnt matter if theres 5 people helping me (one at each station) or one, service is always slow. Serving sizes are smaller than most Chipotles, but decent enough for me to keep coming back.

Well this placr is sadly very dirty, filthy. I dont know why? After the ecoli problem their bussines is hurted and the employee s should care specially now that the demand is less, they should have timw to keep it tide. Im very dissapointed

Very tasty food, presented well. Very large portions. Certain meats are a bit spicy so be sure to ask if you dont do well with spice, like me. A good place for lunch or a casual dinner.
