I love Chipotle. I hate THIS chipotle. It was hot inside, the line wrapped around the entire restaurant and there was not enough workers to keep up with the evening rush. A large part of the problem was an inexperienced cashier, but thats got to be the managements fault for putting someone like that on during the dinner rush. During my 35 minute wait to even order I went to the cashier to order a beer for the wait, a menu item listed directly above the cashiers head, and was told they do not actually serve beer there. So I guess they lost their beer license. The food was about on par with other franchises and it seemed the burritos were wrapped well, with the ingredients adequately mixed.

Nothing against chipotle food as I love it!! However this particular store is absolutely terrible at best. The food still taste like good ole chipotle but you wont find until you wait forever in the lines. Even if its short, prepare for a wait as the workers are very slow and seem backward in their approach. I would recommend chipotle hands down but I WONT NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. Also...5 stars for food, -4 for the building, staff, management There is one black girl with a huge wad of hair tied up who is fast and gives ample and I wish everyone here was like her

5/4/16 approximately 5 - 5:35. This used to be well run, but lately it seems like too many new people behind the counter and poor priority skills. For example a call in order that listed fajita vegetables as a desired ingredient was filled and took up the balance of fajitas in the pan. No one was waiting for a pick up order. So since no one was paying attention fajitas vegetables were not yet cooking. It annoyed a few in the line which due to slowness was already beyond the door. Where is a manager to get the new people working like a team??

The food is always good, but the line here is always ridiculously long. Their online ordering has some serious flaws too. Its rarely ready when its supposed to be an about a third of the time its incorrect in some way. These issues should be able to be easily fixed though and recently the process has been more smooth (aside from one really bad experience)... I guess its hit and miss. Again though, the food is always delicious.

I go their there a lot. I usually just get my food and leave. I went there recently and there was a rock in my food. The manager just threw it in the trash and gave me a refund. I never received the money back on my car and when I went back they said it would take 3-5 business days but it had already been a week and a half. They said I just have to wait.

Lots of time to catch up with friends while in line. This is by far the slowest Chipotle I have been in. I was excited to get a Chipotle so close to my house but I really think its quicker to drive to the restaurant in Herndon. Was entertained by the young lady eating the cheese as she cut it in the back -hence the one star.

Waited for a full hour in line and then when we were finally at the counter they didnt even serve us. Waited another 10 minutes and finally got our food. Then when I was eating my bowl I found a tree leave in my bowl. If you want to go to chipotle dont go to this one.

If I could give it no stars, I would. I love chipotle, but this particular store is the worst ever! Slowest lines in the world. Wasted 1 hour of my life waiting for just to order food. Never again! I would pay more money for faster service.... this is absurd!

Good luck here- all the Chipotles in Woodbridge seem to be staffed by some of the most incompetent people in town. The good news is that since its fairly close to the police station, I often see policemen inside eating, which at least makes me feel a little safer.

very good food, fast lines, great parking, but the menu was a bit confusing. the kids menu was hard to understand because it wasnt listed or posted. the line runners didnt explain it well but nonetheless we got it figured out somehow and my kid killed it! lol

Although I am a fan of Chipotle, this location has been consistently slow in terms of their service when I order in-store. The line moves very slowly compared to other locations that I usually visit. Online ordering ahead is the way to go at this location.

SLOW!!!! Been here three times and each time the line has been EXTREMELY SLOW. You will wait at least ten minutes. I have waited 45 minutes before in a line that did not look very long. Better off going to the one in Potomac mills

I ordered online and when I picked up my order (on time) it was cold. I ordered a veggie burrito bowl but there were 2 pieces of steak in it. Worst chipotle Ive ever been to in terms of service and the quality control.

Usual online orders are good and ready when we get there. Last visit one of our bowl orders was missing all meat thats not cheap! Upon return they offered to remake, but I just wanted meat with my current bowl.

Great food but staff isnt the greatest with being proactive and prepping food in advance. Lines are always long, worst Ive ever seen, and staff is slow. Not uncommon to spend 30 plus minutes waiting in line.
