I was returning from a trip to South Carolina and I decided to stop in this place before I crossed over the 301 bridge. I was by myself at the time and was about 7pm in the evening. When I walked in, two young ladies were at the hostess kiosk and didnt greet me with a smile and just sort of stood there like they had little interest in seating me. One girl finall acknowledged my existence and sat me at a booth. Normally when I go to a Mexican food restaurant, service is quick, friendly, the food cheap and fast. Thats why I go to Mexican restaurants when I am absolutely starving. I sat there for quite some time and all i saw were waiters and waitresses hanging out at the bar and had more interest in talking amongst themselves than helping customers. I looked at the menu and thought they were a bit over-priced, especially for a lower-income vacinity like Dahlgren. Since no one seemed interested in serving me, I got up and left and went next door to an indian food restaurant where I got seated quickly, but the service and atmosphere was lacking as well. Not real impressed so far with the restaurants in Dahlgren. The whole town seems to be asleep or in a coma.

Food: The food was mediocre across the board. The chips are basically tasteless and the salsa that came with them was watery and bland. The steak fajitas were not much better. The grilled steak and vegetables were burnt and had minimum seasoning. Sides like rice, guacamole, and refried beans were passable. Dessert was the worst. The fried ice cream is colorful, but is essentially a ball of vanilla ice cream caked in lukewarm, chewy corn flakes. Just unacceptable. Service: The service was decent. The waitresses serving me were pleasant and very prompt. Decor: The restaurant is decorated like an outdoor villa patio with faux stucco wall paintings and tile floor. It was quaint and enjoyable. A birthday celebration included a guitar serenade and a stylish red and white sombrero for the birthday boy. Cost: $25 Diet Coke Chips and Salsa (gratis) Steak Fajitas Fried Ice Cream Recommendation: If you have no other options and crave something similar to Mexican food, try it. Otherwise, youre probably better off going somewhere else.

First of all the food was great. However I have to give them failing grade on whatever you want to call it web service/phone service etc. I called the number that was listed on their official web page and no body answered the phone. Then I went into the restaurant and told them that your phone is not working, They did not do anything about it and took my order. I end up wasting over 20-25 min at the restaurant. No body said sorry or why it not working. I even show them by calling from my cell phone and they could not hear anything on the restaurant phone. Since I am professional, I think it is bad management.

Good food and service. I visited during the lunch hour and if I hadnt been seated by the window I wouldnt have been able to see my food. it is super dark at the tables inside. The bathrooms are always super clean and well stocked though.

Friendly service, very good beef enchiladas, carnieasat barretos, carnette tacos and spot on Margareties. I am here at Panchos again today August 22nd 2017 the Pacifico is ice cold and the Coctil de Comoron is Spot On!

If you like average quality over priced food and drinks you will love this place. Be prepared to wait for your food even if they are not very busy. If you are in King George and want good Mexican food try El Charro.

Had a horrible experience tonight. Food took 30+ mins to come out then it was wrong sent it back took another 15 mins to get back. The fajitas set they sent out were hard and horrible. Never coming back.

Great service. Our waitress Julia was excellent. Lots of energy and very attentive. I highly recommend you ask her to be your server. The food was good and very tasty.
