I actually worked at this location years ago when it first opened. Its remained impeccable. They not only have the drive thru option, but also the faster kiosk lines. It sends the receipt straight to you email. The staff are always friendly and quick. I like that they bring the items to your table. Its always been really clean in here. Their parking lot is pretty decent compared to the one next to them which is a little tight. They have a lot of space where people can meet up. They also have a nice fireplace in the middle area. They have an outside seating area thats really nice during the Spring and Summer seasons. I had the chicken soup since it was a rainy day and it was perfection as usual. I havent had any problems with my orders over the year. I love Panera Bread as a company and what they stand for. This location represents them well.

Hi Sir, My name is Ashish More. I am working in Unilever Lipton Plant in Suffolk VA. I am having some foreign Delegates for whom I have ordered food from Panera bread, those delegates are vegetarian and hence I have specifically requested to get Mediterranean Veggie sandwiches. But the ordered came as and it contains Bacon and Chicken which by mistake one of our delegates consumed. This was really shameful for us. My apology to them will is worthless now. Even after specifically informing to give veggie food still we found meat. This is completely unacceptable. Came thru the drive-thru on 8-30 around 330pm. The guy who took my order was simply amazing. I had a few questions and he answered them all in great detail even giving me his personal opinion on what he liked. To only get to the window with him to greet me with a warm smile! I had already had a rough day and this trip just made my day. So thank you for being so kind and pleasant! I will def be coming back! Food was great as well

If you are used to paying the prices Panera Bread charges for their food then you will love it here. They lost a star because Panera is expensive in general, but they kept the other 4 because this location is at par with the rest if not better. Staff is great, food is great, very few problems, and if you do have a problem they will fix it with a smile and even give you a pastry :)

My wife loves Panera Bread! Its growing on me. The food is great. However the menu is somewhat confusing. Again the fact that the confusing menu is the only thing not perfect says a lot. There are many places to eat, but to have great food, great service, and at a reasonable price is getting harder to find.

When I need to eat healthy I can find something on Paneras menu. I think this company works to provide healthy options and Im glad especially when on the road. Love their pastries more than I should including their smoothies (this is the way smoothies should taste) and I love their salads as well.

The one time that Ive been here it was a long wait for my order of two items to be completed. There was only one other person that had placed an order other than myself. Either this place is short staffed or everyone was on break when I went.

We stopped here after being on the road all day. When we got here the service was fantastic and friendly, from the girl on the register to the manager. On top of that the pastry case was still stocked well and it was super clean.

Quiet place. Spacious and good for a quick meal. Food are simply awesome and staff members are very friendly. Parking can be challenging on weekends. Prices are reasonable but depending on what you want to eat.

Panera is always my first choice for a quick stop. I havent been able to find a place yet that is worth eating at that serves food as quick as Panera. They simply are the best, and healthiest, in this category.

The only reason i put 1 star was friendly staff. Food was terrible. Salad tasted like it had been washed in dishwater. Chicken was bland and fuji apple was chips not fresh. Will not eat here again

Worst Panera experience I have ever had. They mix drink orders with kitchen orders. I had to wait almost 10 minutes for 2 drinks. While I watched EVERYONE in the kitchen make sandwiches.
