I went it and ordered with my husband. He got the turkey apple Dijon, I ordered the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. As soon as we got there, the girl who met us at the register was completely impersonal. Didnt say hi, hello. Nothing. Just looked at us like we were stupid. When we got the food, we realized mine was wrong. The girl rang up the chicken bacon ranch flatbread. We sent it back to get it fixed, and were asked THREE TIMES which sandwhich I wanted and how i wanted it made. When we got my sandwhich, I thought how could they possibly get it wrong again, so we left without checking. When I got home, I opened my sandwhich up and it was WRONG. AGAIN! My pregnancy hormones went into overdrive and I started crying my eyes out. So now my husband is on his way back up there to get a brand new sandwhich. And did he have to pay for it? Yes. Because it had been too long between the purchase of the old sandwhich and the one thats supposed to be right. Horrible, horrible service. For the price of the food, I would expect it to be right. If I wanted crappy service and crappy food I would have gone to mcdonalds.

The smoothies were good except that I asked for protein in my daughters Kiwi Quencher because she is currently on an all soft/mostly liquid diet... She instead put protein powder in my husbands Blimey Limey smoothie. Not to mention... My husband is active duty navy and was extremely disappointed and very upset that this tropical smoothie does not offer a military discount like the rest of the TS locations do all over Hampton roads!

Customer service is horrible. Id drive 20 miles to get my smoothie just so I didnt have to go here! Makes me sad cause Ive always felt that Tropical Smoothie was worth the price because they have extraordinary customer service. Then again, I lived in VB then. Ill be letting each and every person I know to NOT step foot in THIS Tropical Smoothie!

I have been to SEVERAL tropical smoothies and this is by far the worst of the bunch. Ordered a steak flatbread and literally had no meat on it and looked like it was made by a five year old. My girlfriend had the same issue with her cranberry pecan chicken sandwich. The smoothies were good but definitely would not come here for food!

Absolutely horrible! Screwed up my to go order twice. I had to drive all the way back both times and they(it took me asking for one) just gave me a refund and never fixed my order. The manager has zero customer service skills and so does the staff. Your in a customer service industry, learn some respect for people.

WAITED NEARLY 30 MINUTES AFTER ORDERING FOR A SMOOTHIE. WITH 4 PEOPLE WORKING, TWO MAKING SMOOTHIES THEY NEVER HAD MORE THAN ONE BLENDER RUNNING. THERE WAS SEVERAL LONG PERIODS WHERE THEY HAD NO BLENDERS RUNNING. TOTALY OVERWHELMED AT 1:30 ON A FRIDAY AFTERNOON.

They werent open before 2200, this has happened several times when they were open before. Is management just getting off early? It says theyre open till 2200 and I have been here before right before 2200 and they were open, what changed?

Went here for lunch on a Friday afternoon. My food was prepared very quickly and tasted alot better than I expected. My smoothie took a while but it is really good. Service was above decent, nothing to brag about tho. Overall good meal.

Order was wrong...so what fix it without attitude. I would not order something I know Im allergic to, but you if you say I ordered wrong then I guess I did. Dont worry I wont order from here wver again!

Their hours say their open until 10. They are closed at 9:13. The service is always par for mediocre. And thats saying a lot. Im sorry for inconveniencing you to do your job

If the barbershop next door is open you can forget parking anywhere close. Even if spots are open they will block them and look at you like your the problem.

We stopped in for quick breakfast on our way out of town. Iced coffee was delicious and the flatbread sandwich was amazing. Totally recommend
