Ordered over the phone so that it would be ready before my lunch, showed up, paid for order and still waited 15 mins to find out that my order was sitting right on the counter in the back. Mind you I called, but wasnt able to get there till 45 mins later, due to work. Other worker came up after making a smoothie and just stood there beside the cashier in a daze, instead of the cashier telling her that I was waiting for a call in order that was already ready they both go back and make the next one smoothie together gives another customer their order then finally decides to grab my order off the counter. I was the second of three customers(one was waiting and last person out, so I cant evenbsay they were busy and understaffed, these ladies definitely need to be trained on providing prompt and better customer service or else the workers here are going run this place out of business. I can also go to the one on battlefield and get cookies for less with way better service.

I love tropical smoothie cafe. However, this location is the worst!!! The smoothies are extremely watered/iced down, the toasted sandwiches arent toasted at all and the cookies are burnt. Please be mindful that I am not writing this based on 1 or 2 bad experiences. This is a continual issues with this location. I have placed many attempts at ordering from this location because they are within five minuted from my home, but I am dissatisfied EVERY SINGLE TIME. I have given them plenty of chances to prove that the above issues were rare occurrences, they arent. It is general practice. Save yourself some money and frustration by not dining here. The prices are too high to have subpar food and little to no satisfactory customer service. There have been times when I have had to take the smoothie I paid for from this location home only to add more fruit so that it tasted like more than ice. I will not order ANYTHING from this location again.

Would give it negative stars If it was an option. Waited 15 minutes for a turkey and cheese wrap and 2 smoothies. Order came out incorrect. When we brought it to the managers attention he said that his cashier must have rung it in wrong. Stated we would have to pay the diffence for their incompetence. We asked for a refund and left. This chain continues to go more and more down hill. What was once a somewhat healthy fast food alternative is now skimping on food size and hires incompant people. Never again will we spend our money at these establishments.

TERRIBLE customer service. I came in after a 12 hour shift at work just wanting a meal and had to wait while the workers laughed and joked with their friends who had come in. Not only that, but my flatbread was just that; flat with minuscule amounts of chicken, cheese, lettuce and tomato. To top it off, they forgot to put my chips in the bag and when I went back to get them they said that I never paid for them and would have to pay for another bag of chips. Highly recommend NOT going here!!

What kind of tropical smoothie doesnt have fountain drinks? This place has 12 ounce bottled sodas. Yet you are still being charge for the full price for the meal that includes the fountain drink. I feel taken advantage of. The manager didnt even tell me that my meal came with chips. I had to go back and ask her for mine after i saw other people grabbing theres. Messed up bc the chips are behind the counter where she is. If i hadnt seem others i wouldnt have gotten what i was entitled to.

So I order my meal online I come to pick it up and the young lady goes back to look for it to only come up and tell me a few minutes later that my order isnt ready because it didnt come through their online ordering que. I order online for a reason because I was in a hurry....but none the less they were professional and the place was clean so thats a plus.

This tropical smoothie is always understaffed. I walked in this morning and was not even said hi to for 10 min. The poor guy in the back was running his butt off trying to get everyone in front of myselfs food out. I walked out without ever ordering. This is not a new problem. Please hire more people especially in the morning.

Loved the food, and the young girl cashier was extremely nice and made the whole transaction fun. What I didnt like was seeing two polite army recruiters denied of putting a few business cards out, when there was more then enough room on there counter for a small stack of cards.

Sitting here right now. Waited 35 minutes for a wrap. Smoothie was fine but wrap was poorly made and the server couldnt even shout my name she whispered so I couldnt hear at all. Pretty sure she was new and there was no one in the back helping her. Bummer.

Just left there. The "All-American Omelet" wrap I ordered was the size of a taquito and wrapped in a stale tortilla. The Health Nut smoothie I ordered (with no mango) took way to long to make, had mango in it and tasted funny. Avoid if possible!

The smoothies are watery with little flavor and the chicken salad sandwiches have VERY little chicken salad. Service was terrible...I will not go there again!

Womens bathroom is terrible, trash overflowing on the floor, no lock on the door, sink stopped up and dirty, took over 15 minutes just to get a smoothie.

They are certainly not Jamba Juice which is hard to find in the 757 area. Its decent but the menu and service could be improved.
