Anna! Anna! Anna! I only come to this IHOP location because of Anna! Anna is extremely friendly, professional, courteous, talkative, and overall just so easy going in nature. She regularly exhibits the utmost in professional behavior as her very friendly mannerisms & characteristics make way for a very relaxed and laid back environment. For the most part I always order the same meal(s) whenever I visit (which is very frequent) and Anna consistently goes out of her way to perfect and customize the experience down to my particular liking & preference! Anna is very attentive to detail, well organized, highly squared away, and so well spoken. She is an effective communicator as our interpersonal communication is of a top notch quality. Anna always makes me feel so welcomed and at home. She laughs with me, jokes around with me, talks with me, and always gives me a hug whenever I leave for the night. Furthermore, she is a perfectionist as both her careful attention to detail and organization clearly shows in my orders. Every little request I make, whether it is extra sour cream on the side or extra whip cream on top of my ice cream sundae, is always granted by Anna with all of the enthusiasm and dedication in the world! This girl clearly LOVES her job as it is without a doubt her number one goal to make each and every single customer beyond happy and pleased! This girl has a very dedicated work ethic as it shows every single night on the job! From what I have seen and gathered via my immediate surroundings, everyone just seems so genuinely content and at peace with Anna. Her co-workers and managers definitely love her as well as all of the customers who frequent this particular IHOP store. Anna is also such a humble sweet girl who is full of so much love and peace. She truly has a tender sweet heart and has NEVER once disappointed me in the slightest. The greatest thing that ever happened to IHOP was the hiring & acquisition of Anna. She is a tremendously effective team player and very goal oriented when it comes to how she conducts herself throughout the shift. This girl not only goes out of her way to make my experience a memorable one, but she also just rocks my world. She displays such a true heartfelt interest in all of her customers and their well being. She will ask me things pertaining to my personal life, listen to what I have to say, offer comments/suggestions, etc. Anna is just a marvelous human being. Just incredibly beautiful both on the inside as she is on the outside. I love this woman so much and will forever frequent this store as long as Anna is my server for the night! God bless IHOP and of course my angelic sweetheart of a waitress. Truly one of a kind she is! I feel incredibly fortunate and so lucky to know this amazing girl! Best IHOP and server of all time! Halloween 2015. 230am. How much can you expect? Well at least I expected edible food. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers with fries, sante de type of omelette, and a chicken crepe(dont ask why). Fries were cold and old, burger meat was literally rubber and smelly, almost like old fish. I tasted a small piece and both burgers had a spongy dry flavorless taste. The other entrees were horrid as well, cold on the outside and hot in the middle, almost like it was microwaved, and practically inedible. If 4 out of 4 entrees were off, then I cant imagine how the full dining room was eating theirs....but then again, Halloween 230am. The server was below par, not too good or not awful, but he let me order something else which equally stunk. Maybe they shoulda helped us out more by just removing the orders completely but I didnt mind, I just wanted to leave. I understand if youre busy and packed, but its a chain restaurant with rules and instructions on how to cook easy meals quickly, but they just didnt have the proper standards required to satisfy my dog, let alone 4 human beings. I hate to hate, but this place deserves a zero.

I go to the IHOP frequently and have never had a bad experience. But I still suggest you always ask to be seated in ANNAS section, as I do. The entire staff is always friendly, and Anna especially will go out of her way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. She has a great memory and always greets warmly, and no matter what my party wants or needs she provides it quickly and with a smile- usually anticipating our needs before we have a chance to ask. Im a coffee addict and my cup is never empty! She is always there when you need her, always cheerful, and always going above and beyond to make your dining experience not only perfect, but truly special. 5 stars on the service here for sure! I will continue to ask for her on the future!

Have never had a bad service experience with this location! Today, I had eaten all but the last half of my French toast and found a hair, the waitress immediately doing the manager. I didnt want a replacement since I had basically eaten almost all of my meal. Because I didnt want anything to replace it, they took it off of my tab which they didnt really have to since I had already eaten most of it, I just wanted to bring it to their attention. I work in the food industry, i know that sometimes no matter how hard you try hair may be on your clothes and fall or who knows what, but I know its not 100% fool proof. I applaud this location for being so gracious and going the extra mile. Thank you!

Hands down the best location in Virginia. As always the staff is great. Im going to say the view concerning poor service from Anna is false, considering its a fake profile with her very own name. I was a career server. That girl is the best server they have. Ive watched beyond drunk and irrate people be turned into happy patrons by her customer service. So this morning to see a bad review on her was sad to see. DISREGARD ALL NEGITIVE REVIEWS this is the best and only location that wont dissapoint you. Food was on time correct and the customer service is great. NO NEED TO FIX WHAT IS NOT BROKE.

This place is disgusting. A year ago we stopped going here because I witnessed one of the workers eating food off a plate before delivering it to a table. I went back last week for breakfast to give it another shot. A glass we were given was dirty with lipstick, our food was cold when it arrived and our waitress didnt come back for at least 25 minutes after dropping our food off and walked passed as we sat waiting for our check. We will not be returning to this location and we make sure that we share our experiences so other people dont have to deal with the disgusting things we have.

I dislike leaving reviews, however, this IHOP could really use one. I have made orders "to-go" on several occasions and have always had problems. In one order, they got half the order incorrectly. On several occasions, they made me flat out wait an extra 15 min when I confirmed the time I should come pick up the order. Nearly 80% of the times I have been here, the customer service is horrid. They always make you wait while they talk amongst themselves in plain view. Do yourselves a favor and find somewhere else to dine.
