TERRIBLE customer service. My mother ordered a lasagna for pick up. As I go inside to get it, the order hadnt even been put in. Returned home and my mother called and the manager (Dr. Jekyll) said that the lasagna would be delivered to us and it was on the house. As the delivery man came to the door he told us that his manager (Mr. Hyde) said that the order needed to be paid for. We call and ask to speak to the manager and a little girl gets on the line pretending to be a manager. When we ask for the male who we spoke to earlier she says that he is busy but he says that the order must be paid for. We told her that we want to speak to him and she then says that he is busy. We say we will wait and the little girl continues to stay on the line. Annoyed as ever we decided to return the lasagna and get some from Roma (where we should have ordered from in the first place).

Ordered delivery. Got the food about 45min later. Once we sat down to eat noticed that we were missing an order of wings. Called and was told would be sent some. No apologies, no offer of discount nothing. We got them about 30min later. The driver DID apologize though. Food is a notch above OKAY, the reasons: Soups taste good, you can tell they come from a can though. Same with their pizza/lasagna sauce, heavy concentrate. Portions are good size. Wings tasted like any other place. I got ONE celery stick that was brown on the edges. Did not look very fresh. Over all, if we order again, we will stick to their pizza.

Saturday, 27 Sep, I had a 1230 hair appt at Manhattan Beauty Lounge. I hadnt a chance to eat lunch prior to my appt so my husband dropped me off en route to his appt. He stopped by Italian Delight to order me a pizza, double veggies and cheese. It was delivered to MBL and we all enjoyed it! The toppings were very generous, fresh, and cooked just right--a little crunch. It was not greasy nor did I have to drink a gallon of water after eating it due to salt content. It was the best pizza I have had in years. Wish we had an Italian Delight in our area.

I have to totally disagree with the last persons review. The portions are just right. I cant finish most of what they give me, and I eat a good bit for any meal. Our last visit my wife and I had to take our meals home because it was so much. Which gave us a meal for the next day. Im not sure what portions or how much you usually eat but if you can finish all of what they give you and not be satisfied Im not sure what to say lol. The place is always clean and the cooks make some amazing meals.

Food is descent, and there is a wide selection. What disappoints me most about this place is the deceptive pricing. Looking at the menu you would think that this place is a really good deal because the prices are low, when you receive your food however the portion size is very small. I believe if you priced the food by the pound/ounce we are better off going to Olive Garden or Carrabbas.

I completely agree with the 2nd review. We went there for the first time a few nights ago. Busy! Busy! Food was excellent AND affordable. Service was good. We are now excited about finding this treasure so close to home. Reminds us of one of our favorite places where we lived previously. We WILL be back!

So the first time we ordered from here, it was an absolute fiasco and THE worst subs Ive ever had in my life. Plus they made me sick for about 2-3 days. HOWEVER, its been redeemed by the quality of the calzones. Which are amazing and Ill definitely be ordering again. With extra Ricotta.

I have tried multiple dishes and each time I was amazed. Fridays they make cupcakes for dinner. The service is great and the food is outstanding. Also, you get a lot of food for a minimum price. The quality, quantity of food, and the great service is what keeps me coming back.

My wife had to leave for a meeting, told the wait staff she needed something quick and they came through with a great Greek salad and fried pickles for her. The service has never been bad, always good but tonight they went above and beyond. Best local pizza that we found.

In my opinion, this is by far, the BEST FOOD in Stephens City. The prices are very reasonable and the portions are large. Ive never had a bad meal and there is such variety in the menu, I have something new almost every time I visit. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Good pizza, but the chicken wings are less stellar. The sauce for the wings is not thick and very watered down with no flavor or "kick" to them. Delivery if ordering from home is quick.
