Short Version: Extremely slow service, and only average quality food. Long Version: While on vacation, i brought my family here for dinner after seeing the caverns. The waitress was friendly, seated us quickly, and took our drink order. She gave us a few minutes to browse the menu, and then took our food order. Almost 40 minutes later, our appetizers arrived, and one of them was missing. Our food arrived about 45 minutes after the appetizers, and the final appetizer about 10 minutes after that. Another family that arrived about 10 minutes after we did were still waiting on a single pizza after an hour. The waitress was apologetic, and kept saying she didnt know what was taking them so long. Our two families were the only customers in the store, and only one delivery order went out the entire time were were there, so they werent busy. She said several times that if they wanted to cancel their order, she would understand, but that she could not give them an estimated time frame, or an explanation for the delay. It sounded like she was told to say this, and almost felt like they were actually trying to get the family to cancel the order. i felt a little bad for the waitress because she was just the middleman. None of the problems were her fault. The food itself wasnt great. It wasnt bad, but it certainly was not worth the wait. The seating area of the restaurant was clean enough. i didnt check the bathrooms though, so im not sure about them. i expect they probably looked fine considering the rest of the place.

Came here for early dinner while on vacation. Waitress was also the counter person and the only one working. There was only one other table and service was so slow it was ridiculous. She messed up our order and food was average at best. Definitely wasnt expecting to eat off of paper plates either. Maybe delivery would have been better. Should have gone to Pizza Hut instead

There food is awesome. Subs very good. Fresh. Pasta is also very good. Freshly made. My wife and I moved to Luray few months ago and there food was great. Try the Dominicos Sub. its great. Aswell as the Seafood pasta. Had huge Shrimp. Wife likes Steak and Cheese. Also ask for the Sweet Sticks. There have specials through the week. like 2 slices pizza and a drink for $5.

Waited five minutes, not a soul in the restaurant while the cooks just looked at me. Never had anyone come ask me for my order at the counter. I asked the cooks if anyone was working and they looked at me like i was speaking French. AVOID THIS CUSTOMER SERVICELESS PLACE AT ALL COST. Walked out and went to Subway

I am NEVER ordering from here again! It took almost 2 hours for them to deliver I called 3 times and they were so rude and blamed it on me for not giving right direction when I gave them the address. The customer service was awful! I dont recommend ANYONE to eat or order from here!

Came in late evening just before close. Staff was friendly and prompt. The best bacon cheddar cheese fries on the planet! Pizza steak sub was very tasty, too.
