I grew up in the Italian section of Brooklyn and this resturant is real traditional italian food. Service is quick and attentive. The food is fresh and top quality. I especially like the veal and calamari which is almost imposible to find prepared properly in this area. The sauces are made fresh which, especially for Alfredo sauce, is hard to find since most are canned these days. The kitchen is open and one can easily see it is immaculate and the food is made fresh. Portions are generous and everyone gets complimentary garlic knots and a canoli. The owner is very friendly and often comes into the dining room to talk to the diners, sing a song, or show off his pizza tossing skills.

I visited four times for lunch. The dough is light and fluffy and ingredients fresh. Best pizza Ive had in a long time, the dough is somewhat reminiscent of California Pizza Kitchen- but even better. One of the wait staff that has served me twice has a bright personality- the kind that makes an impression - not to diminish the excellent service from other staff. I understand they do delivery, but I prefer dining in. From the few times Ive visited it appears they have a cadre of regulars. I can certainly see why. As a matter of fact, Ill pay another visit this week.

Made an order for delivery, took them over an hour to bring it. Once they finally brought it they forgot all the salads that go with it. Called and told them they forgot the salads. They said they would send the driver back out with it. Well lets just say been another hour and still waiting on the salads. Oh I forgot to mention there only 2.5 miles away from me. Terrible customer service. Never order a delivery order from them. Surprised there still in business.

Very nice atmosphere, gives excellent impression. Quick, helpful and friendly service. Food is excellent, and you will not be going hungry. Great complimentary bread (pizza dough rolled into pretzel-ish shape, baked with olive oil -- mmmmmm!). Delicious pastas, sauces, breads; Donatos is everything I could want in an Italian restaurant. And Im Italian. Great place, gets my strongest recommendations.

I have always enjoyed there food, but when it comes to them taking care of there employees its one of the worst places Ive worked. I was in a accident at no fault while employed there as a driver. It took 2 days for the at faults drivers insurance to get me a car, and Italian touch fired me and also implied that I lied about the situation, regardless of me showing the claim and pictures

So sometimes on Sundays I wake up in a mode that is not unlike a beast.. I find the best setting to display these urges publicly is Touch. Or as I call it, Le Touche. Endless drinking noy only happens here, but it encouraged. Whether you lost your job, your wallet, or just your dignity theres a drink for you here. The foods good too I guess. #ALLIANCE

Absolutely would NEVER suggest that someone use them for delivery. I spoke with an employee who did not take down my information correctly, and an outrageous manager who had absolutely no customer service skills. Awful people with AWFUL service! Essentially waited 3 hours to get yelled at.

We went on a Saturday with a large group. They were able to accommodate us with a large room. The service was friendly but a little slow. The food was good and affordable. We liked that it wasnt loud so we could talk and socialize. I would back.

Have been eating here since we moved to Winchester 6 years ago. The best place for pizza, wings, and steak and cheese sub!! Delivery is always hot and fresh and always have a great experience when we dine in! !

The food was excellent. My wife and I ordered the stuffed shells and fish and chips. Taste and quality was excellent especially for the money that we spent! We will definitely come back.
