After a short wait on Saturday night because I didnt make a reservation, we were seated at a wall table, you know the bench seat that runs the full length of the wall with tables and chairs in front of it? You know, the tables where you are sitting between two other parties that you dont know and have no privacy whatsoever? You know, those tables where the people next to you are constantly eavesdropping and you get to listen to the loud talker next to you and hear every snort, groan or fart they emit? Yea.. Those tables. Anyway, the arancini was enough for two with a nicely semi sweet sauce. The ceasar salad was ordinary with boxed croutons which tasted as thought they had been around for a while. The Pasta Puttanesca with Green olives, kalmata olives, capers, anchovies, tomatoes, onions, garlic & fresh basil sauteed with spaghetti pasta and sprinkled with aged Romano cheese was very good however the pasta tasted very "doughy" while the Veal Marcella was consumed without any issues. Portion sizes were good and most people were taking food home including me. Then came my pet peeve which really is the reason for only two stars. The owner or chef, not sure which, came out to say hi to some friends, thats okay but please, and I hope other owners see this, do not ignore the people next to or around where you are! This person made a point to say hello and ask how everything was to everyone at the table on either side of us but ignored our table that also spent as much as they did. I know you are busy but as long as youre already out there, it only takes 10 seconds to say "hi, how was everything tonight?" Take care of the patrons and they will take care of you.

I stopped in here on the way to the airport. After a harrowing experience at another so called "Italian" restaurant in Niagara Falls, I was skeptical. After eating here at Italian Village I gotta say, very nice! Food was good, service was excellent and attentive, and the ambiance was nice and quiet. Only one thing, the Tiramisu was more of a custard like creation, rather than the traditional marscarpone that is supposed to be used, but it wasnt a terrible interpretation! Prices are quite reasonable and they accommodate the food preparation to your liking. Thanks Italian Village! Very nice experience had here!

Food is fantastic staff is wonderful. Reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5. I reserved the family room for my sons high school gradation. There were 13 people in our party . The management only assigned 1 server which made for slow servic . Our server Brandi busted her butt and moved as quickly as possible, I showed my appreciation with a healthy tip. However, Brandi only has two hands. As the dinners came out some members of our party had to stare at their delicious dinners while the other members of the party were served some waited as long as 5 to 7 minutes before we all could begin.

Really, twice in a row with bad service! The first time my family and I were sat and not waited on for over 30 minutes. No drinks, no bread nothing! We walked out and had called the manager and he invited us back in to dine again on him. We make a reservation 1hr 1/2 before our show up time. When my family and I arrive, we were told we had to wait another 30 minutes before we could be sat because they took a 20 Top. This place has good food but the service is beyond terrible. Your not the only good pasta house in town. Im off to spend my money elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN!!

The chicken marsala is amazing. I mean, it could end the war in the middle east. Israelis and Palestinians would settle their differences over a plate of this stuff. And the eggplant parmesan is out of thisworld. Just saying, but Donald Trump and el presidente de Mexico would become best friends after eating a plate of this. Great food, nicest people around, and great food. Did I mention the food?

This place is totally awesome. Just recently relocated close to location and discovered the epi roll and the pizzas are very good but the subs especially steak and assorted are awesome! Unfortunately they are only available on the lunch menu.

Cold bland food, watered down sauce, overcooked noodles, bad service. They took my cold food and nuked it making it a gooey mess of slop. The undercooked chicken made me ill. Cannot recommend this place at all. Worst experience ever.

Went almost by accident. Crab cake appetizers were worth the trip. Both of our entrees were both generous in size and delicious. Generous wine pour. Very attentive service. We will go again.

Service by Liz was great. The food was excellent. If we lived in the neighborhood, we would have to go at least once a week.
