Walked in and sat directly beside the cash register. 2 waitresses were working and did not acknowledge that I sat down right in front of them as they were both at the register complaining about pens they lose. Then a friend of one of the cooks walks in and up to the register to order his food to go. They take his order and get it started and still have not acknowledged I was sitting directly beside the register. The two waitress and picking up a pen that fell under the work station beside the grill and one of the cooks is now directly outside the front door smoking a cigarette with his friend getting the to go food. 7 mins has gone by without being acknowledged which might not seem long but when youre on an hour lunch break and 2 waitresses havent made eye contact, its ridiculous. One waitress has now come back to the register to ring up another customer and still never said hello or taken my drink order. I sit there for 10 mins and get up and walk out with still no acknowledgment aside from a couple people at the bar that shoot their head in amazement that someone sat for 10 mins at a waffle house and wasnt helped. Went 50 yards down the road to Ma & Pas diner and got my food quicker than the amount of time I sat at waffle house being ignored.

I love waffle house food! But this waffle house is too loud!!!! Waitress could not hear my order. I ordered the new cheesesteak bowl. It came sloppy, just thrown in the bowl. My waitress came to my table 10 times. One to introduce, two to take my order, three to serve my coffee, four to serve my water, five for my toast, yes the toast came 5 minutes before the hotfood, six for my food, then she dissapeared. I had to return my toast because it had butter and it was burnt. Seven to bring me new toast, eight for some more coffe, nine for cream, and 10 finally for my check!! This place is crazy!!!

Worst Waffle House Ive EVER experienced!!! I had to pay for my order BEFORE getting my to go order! Then, one of the cooks stated "We cant fix it til she pay for it!" So I then proceeded to say "Ive already paid for it, so if theres a problem preparing it, just return my money!" He said "Ohhhhhh, I can go ahead and fix it then." Service IS VERY RUDE! I waited 15 minutes to place a to go order. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION EVER!!!!!

This was the worst. The wait was terrible, the table had gum stuck underneath that got on everyones close, the food didnt come anywhere close to the same time and was not as ordered. My hashbrowns were burt on one side and raw on the other and filled with so much grease the taste wont leave my mouth. The whole time were there the staff was bickering with each other.

They acknowledge us as we came in, we sat down and didnt receive any service for 10 minutes. We got up and started walking out and then someone said Im sorry we will get you. We left. That is not how you treat customers. Very poor customer service

Customer service was great and the food was even better! It was clean. My silverware was the cleanest I have seen silverware in a restaurant in a long time. My questions were answered quickly with no problem. Very personable workers!

Our waiter was super busy but still very friendly and fast. The food was better than most waffle houses I have been to but the atmosphere is terrible! It was just full of drunken, rude and loud patrons.

Horrible. No one acknowledge me standing right at register when walked in. Manager was to busy to resolve my issue shaun divison trainer was very rude & brad seem to have no control.
