From the beginning my server mykah was un pleasant with me and other servers. She never smilled and said thank you for coming to waffle house. She got smart with a co worker. She acted like she didnt want to be their. When my food came, the sunny side up eggs was not fully cooked properly and my hashbrowns were burnt. I cut into the hashbrowns and their was a hair and the server spoke to the manager and NO ONE came to tell me what the manager decided to do. I had to ask and the server mykah said you dont have to pay and then another server questioned her in front of me. I told her it would have been nice if someone would have came and told me about it. Then mykah said i dont know where the hair came from, the cook is bald(manager) and we all have hair nets on. She said really loud for the whole restaurant to hear her. I will never return again at night. The day time employees are extremely nice and respectful to the customers. The night time employees are extremely rude and dis respectful to customers

Never, never again. For phone orders at least. Just went in to pick up an order phoned in 45 min prior (server who took call quoted 30 min and did not take a name for the order). I described our order to the employees at the register, who could not find the ticket and told me it was still being cooked. After about 20 minutes of waiting, someone asked which order I was waiting on and again, I described it. A server picked up a bag that had been sitting on the counter since I originally walked in and said she didnt know I was there. Upon getting to the car, I noticed the order was missing a waffle, so I went back in to get it. Now were home and hashbrown extras we had paid for are missing. Im usually pretty forgiving, having worked at several restaurants in the past, but this is not the first, or second, or third time something like this has happened with this particular Waffle House. Do yourself a favor and go to ihop or at least a different location!!

The foods good and the service is good...but...they really should answer the phone. I called for an hour straight every ten minutes trying to place a pick up order on two occasions and I was hung up on, the phone was taken off the hook so I could hear conversing from customers and it was left this way so when I returned a call it rang busy then the phone was placed back on the hook and ignored. I had a order that could have been done easy before I got there for to go but instead I had to sit there and wait 15 minutes and hold up other customers from getting their food.

We always come here late at night for some reason haha, but their waffles are top notch! Or at least really good in my opinion. I love the chocolate chip ones. The staff is quite nice although they can get a little bit confused at night. It may not be the fanciest place but their other food (waffles are awesome though) is cheap and decent. A great place to go late at night or anytime you happen to get a waffle craving!

My bill was $10.27 I handed the skinny black girl $15 , she put the 10 in the register and put the 5 in her pocket and walked away! I had to say something to one of the other girls to get my change! She didnt even wait on me, total thief! Ill never go back

Best Wuffle Hoose in Richmond area. Great coffee, great platters, great sammichs. Coffee while you wait (if you have to wait, which is mostly on a Sunday after church). Clean enough, efficient staff. Consistent all around across multiple visits.

The service was horrible came in sat down and no one came to order our drinks and then someone came 10 min after us and they get served with drinks and get their food before us, I love waffle but I will not come back here again......

This is a great location. you will like it. They did make a mistake on the falvor or our waffel but they did make the right one and let us keep (for free) the one they messed up on the flavor. nothing wrong with free food. :)

If you like your grits real watery,then you will like this place. I have eaten at this one twice. The grits were the same both times. I have ate at Waffle house in alot of states and they follow the instructions on package.

Waffle House is my favorite. Im usually never disappointed. This location is relatively clean (IMO, none would get an A+ for store cleanliness) but the staff has always been great!! One of the main cooks is very attentive!

Our waffles and our toast was not burnt this time. Our waitress was very nice. The Host guy was really nice and cleaned up our table and our floor area before we sat down. We forget to tip him...maybe next visit.

Very busy this Memerial Day. Helen was fantastic. Got our food super-fast and everything was cooked like we asked. Will definately be back and will definately recommend to a friend.
