I Googled the nearest BK for directions, but noticed that this BK had a bad rating so I went ahead and read some reviews. The reviews about the food being bad were on point unfortunately... My fries and chicken fries were very stale as if they were sitting out for hours. The worst part was the Whopper... It was the worst Whopper Ive ever eaten because there was barely any sauce on it and the veggies in it tasted like they have been left out/not refrigerated for a while... There were even some rotten bits of lettuce. I usually dont ever write reviews, but the reviews I read beforehand were very true. I shouldve taken the advice and not gone there. Only reason I gave it 2 stars is because they didnt care about how many sauces they gave me, unlike a lot of BKs and they didnt get my order wrong.

Great BK I lived in falls church about 5 years ago for about 20 year and there was a BK close I went to which was the worst and havent there for 6 years or any until 2 year about came to this one I was like Ill give BK another go and when I ate there it was Great my whopper was just perfect and been going there ever since with all the others close like Mc D Wendys Taco Bell Chick-fil-A I always when to one of those not I hate those places this BK is the only place for me people were nice there never any problems food cooked right I try to go once or twice a week

Sat for 10 minutes before the person in front of us pulled up to the window- - because no one had taken their order yet. They took our order at the box, and my husband ordered a double croissonwich. it was wrong on the order screen, so he told her again that its the croissonwich. got to the window and again confirmed that he was getting a croissonwich. she said yes, Handed him the bag, and we drove off. wrong sandwich.

Worst burger king I have ever been to. The fries are always cold, doesnt matter when you get there. Once I went all the way home before finding that they had left out a sandwich. I went back and asked for new HOT fries, my sandwich, and my money back due to the inconvenience. They refused to refund me saying they remembered me and I had only been gone 10 minutes. How unprofessional! Avoid at all costs.

I asked why my 5.79 whopper was somehow 8 dollars and was barked at that cheese is extra and I got a medium meal instead of a small. I wasnt given a receipt and was ignored when I asked for one. Upon getting home I saw that my burger in fact, had no cheese.

I work nearby and stopped in on my break. Got my food extremely fast and everyone was very friendly. The cashier Dumas was very friendly and maintained a smile the whole time he took my order.

They never listen to details and food is always not fresh. Same as any fast food restaurant these days. Employees are not paid enough to be happy and give a good service
