Our company placed 4 orders that were delivered. When I received my food, which was a caesar salad, I did not have the dressing for it, nor did any of the others who needed dressing, have theirs. I called back to explain we received salads with no dressing and I was basically told, they were back logged and unable to help me. They stated they would give me a credit, but a credit is not helping me for now. I had to purchase my own dressing that should have come with my meal. Though this wasnt a major issue, and the food was still good, it was very incovenient and I felt you did not put the customer first. You cannot succeed with just having good food. You must have excellent customer service as well, and I was very dissatisfied with the service I received; therefore, I will think twice about revisiting.

So I ordered from Wing Zone tonight and a female driver who has delivered to me on several occasions was offended when i asked her for ALL of my change back. I order from this place at least 3 times a week being as I live in an extended stay hotel for work. I always tip the drivers $5 to $6 on a $15 order and I live less than 2 miles from the restaurant. I tipped this young lady $6 on a single order on her previous order and realized after she left that they didnt include my ranch sauce. Drivers should be responsible for checking their orders before delivering them. Leaving an item off of the order that I paid you for is not tip worthy. I made it known tonight! By the way, they brought a ranch dipping sauce out to me by the time I was done eating the wings.

Upon the completion of placing my order, I was told that it would only take 20 to 30 minutes for my food to be delivered; however, after an hour and a half rolled by, my food had yet to be delivered. I decided to call Wing Zone to figure out what the problem was and was told that they do not deliver to my location. Not only did they fail to tell me that my location was not deliverable, they lacked the decency to even call me back to notify me of this. Do you want to hear the best part? They blamed me, a first time customer, for not knowing this and did not even bother to offer me any type of compensation. Stick to Buffalo Wild Wings folks, they are cheaper and at least have a basic degree of proper customer relation etiquette.

The driver was VERY pushy. I went to pickup my coworkers food and the driver insisted on a tip. I had already put $0 on the receipt and then he asked if I would leave it in cash I said no (because my coworker hadnt told me to leave one) so he says "Im sure he wants to leave something. This is how we make our living" and he CALLS him for the 3rd time after I have told him I have a limited amount of time because I work in a call center. And then when my coworker answers he doesnt greet him hey just says how much tip you going to leave? Like really? I understand that tips are important to the driver but this was handled in a very unprofessional manner.

I wanted something different than the normal deliveries (pizza or Chinese) so we decided to try Wing Zone. I was able to order online which was great, I received an email that the store got my order, another when it was being made and a third letting me know it was on delivery. We got the food in less than 25 min and it was hot. We each got a burger, an order of fries, onion rings, 10 ranch and 10 honey BBQ wings. The burgers where great as were the ranch wings and fries. The honey BBQ wings where good but the onions rings where not good at all. I will order again and again as long as they keep this up!

This used to be my favorite wing spot since it so convenient to work. But I visited two weeks ago and ended up calling back to complain about the wings in my to-go order. The wings were obviously overcooked yet they served them anyway. Sine this was the first issue like this, I called the manager not to complain but to let them know something was different! I was told my next pick up order would be free. Well today I picked up my free wings and they were worse than before! Its almost like they served me crap intentionally...just because I semi-complained. Oh well...back to Buffalo Wild Wings!

Terrible customer service and even worse food. The food is not any better than what you find at the Walmart freezer isle. I tried giving them several chances to get it right because everyone makes mistakes from time to time. However, on two occasions the wings had no sauce(they were suppose to) and on two other occasions the wings were cold. I was told that I would be given a refund but it never came to fruition. They got it wrong four out of five times and didnt seem to bothered by it. Do yourself a favor and skip the disappointment by taking your business were it will be appreciated.

Ordered from this place many times. Delivery has always been prompt and on time. The foods quality how ever is a complete shot in the dark. We usually get their tenders and flavored wedge fires. The tenders are often over cooked ( I mean to the point of being burnt). Then there is so much of the Ranch salt flavoring on the fires, their almost inedible. Some times the foods not bad but id say 75% of the time its ill-prepared. (how do you burn chicken tenders???) Honestly the only reason i ordered this time was I had a $5 off coupon.....needless to say this will surly be the last time.

Ordered the 10-piece for $8, not what youd call a bargain. My 10-piece had only 8 wings, and one of those was a bone covered in fried skin. So now Im out $8 for 7 wings. These 7 were terrible, apparently sourced from very skinny, undernourished fowls. A complaint was lodged on the website, and no response. Although if a new order of wings had been offered, I would have said no thanks. Garbage is garbage, even if its free. The worst wings Ive ever had. You can get much better at half the price at a Food Lion, for Gods sake.

I usually order online. The food has always been delicious. The delivery is pretty fast as well. Today, I ordered via phone because the website was down. The gentleman I spoke with was very kind and took my order well. He mentioned they were slightly busy so my delivery could take a little longer which was fine. Too be expected when I place my order around lunch time. I always recommend Wing Zone as an alternate to the typical delivery foods (IE pizza, chinese etc).

Doris the manager is very rude and seems frustrated. I order from Wing Zone all of the time. They messed up my order several times. She cut me off when I was trying to explain to her the problem. She then accused me of insulting her when I all I asked is for her to listen to what I had to say. At no time did I raise my voice. However, Doris told me either I could take a new order or get off her phone. Complete service failure!
