That question should be why are you rating a one start? Well, if I could I would even give it a star. This place is absolutely HORRID! I placed an order for DELIVERY to be DELIVERED to the pool. I even gave the address TWICE to the girl to DELIVER the pizza to the pool. Two hours pass and no pizza, not even a call. So when I called them to ask where it is, this RUDE boy answers the phone saying that the girl who took my order labeled my order for carry out. CARRY OUT. Are you serious? I gave an address and she labels for carry out. You couldnt call the number and ask where we were for the pick up even though I wanted it delivered? So when I tried to voice my opinion to the guy about how unacceptable that service was, he was interrupting, and being completely disrespectful and simply said "Ive told you the order is on its way. Good bye. *CLICK*" Just like that, hung up. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. They are extremely rude. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I usually order from Fair Lakes and love that location, but since the Centreville one delivers to my house and I didnt want to leave home to get food, I had to get it delivered from here. I always get the flavored crust with cheddar (since they quit doing asiago). The pizza was delivered about 10 min late, which isnt a huge issue for me. I understand times are estimated when ordering online and working in retail myself I understand things get busy. But how hard is it to get the cheddar on the crust? Its not a terrible pizza, its descent, although Ive had better. They terribly missed putting the cheddar on the crust, which kind of disappoints me because I like cheesy crust. Instead, its on the actual toppings of pizza, not the crust. Plus, its not completely melted in areas.

I really wish I could give zero stars....the pizza came cold after we waited an hour and change for it to show up. I had to call the store and inquire about what was taking so long and the guy on the phone just said itll be there soon. No attempt to say sorry for the wait or anything. Now, normally I like pizza hut, but this was a sorry excuse for a pizza. Cold right off the bat, too much sauce (the crust was soggy), and it tasted like the cardboard it came in. I didnt bother trying the wings because they were ice cold and looked terrible. Good job pizza hut. Wasted 32 bucks and an hour and a half of my time, and Im still hungry.....

TWO TRIES, TWO FAILS. The sad part is I really like Pizza Hut. At my work (35 minutes away at another Pizza Hut) we order lunch for the crew all the time from Pizza Hut, and its very good. Bottom line: They OVERCOOK the pizza every time. Good pizza, the cheese looks white. When its over-cooked, the cheese looks brownish as is the case at this Pizza Hut. The nice melty-gooey cheese texture is gone, and pepperonis are crispy from being overcooked.

I had the worst experience in this Pizza Hut today, I order 10 pizzas for the church service and they never came and then they call me stating I was responsible for not getting the order and the worst of all was hearing the person on the phone telling me that I waste their time by ordering 10 pizzas. They were rude,mean and very disrespectful. They made me feel very uncomfortable and bad. Worst customer service ever.

Very disappointed with this locations customer service. Our delivery took more than 1 hour to arrive, to the point where we had to go to the store to see what was going on because they werent even answering the phone. In another instance, while waiting for our carry out order, the staff was not friendly at all and were screaming at each other and slamming doors. I will not come to this location ever again!

Despite their store hours being clearly posted on their door (10pm - 11 pm depending on weekday or weekend) they almost always close at their discretion it seems. Ive called as early as 8:30 with no answer (phone system will go to a voicemail) The few times weve received delivery, the quality of the pizza does not justify the cost. 20 dollars for 1 pizza? Ill stick with Bella & Cirros from now on tyvm

First our delivery driver delivered our pizza & the whole pizza was smushed up and messed up. We called and spoke with the manager and he set us a new one. It took like 1 hour and the driver was very rude snatched the old pizza from my hand and when I said thank you he just rolled his eyes and walked away. Terrible service first time this ever happened to me.

Horrible service!! They would never get my business again, I called 6 times and it keep on getting cut off after 5-7 time rings. Finally they picked up and they were like we are very busy, Being busy DOES not mean hanging up on customers. They told me it would take up to 2 hours to get my pizza, I told thanks but no thanks and I went to Papa Johns.

OK so we tried calling this place to order our pizza, and it took forever to get someone to answer. After they picked up I was placed on hold and never could get them. I had to order online and go pick it up. The delivery time was 2 hours so that was not an option. Overall the pizza I had was pretty good, but the customer service is lacking.

Verrrrrrrry disappointing!! The food was good, if you can wait an hour and 29 min to eat. Lazy people, manager made excuses and man who took our order was lax. Unacceptable amount of time to get food and don't plan on ordering pizza hut in Centreville again....well, until the front takes a little more pride in what they do.

Decided to call and order for delivery although upon asking what kind of specials they had i only received one answer "any size / crust for 10" as if i didnt already know, that hasnt changed; so i continued and asked what crust would the lady recommend and she just listed off the different types, well thanks DIDNT HELP AT ALL!!!

2-3+ hours for delivery. Seriously. 3 hours. Want to pick it up? Expect rude employees and pizza with almost no cheese on it. Seriously, i downloaded and signed up for yelp just to rate this place. Whoever the manager is should probably quit and become a garbage man because their food tastes like trash

I ignored the bad reviews thinking those persons were the ones no one could please. I paid for it after cold, bubbled, poorly spread topping pizzas came in what looked like used boxes. The wings looked so old and refried we just threw them out. Listen to the advice, stay away

I usually prefer pizzahut over papajohn, but this location is terrible. Not only did the pizza come over an hour late, but the phone was not answered the multiple times I called. I wanted to make sure there were no problems. I even let the phone ring for over 2 minutes.

I have ordered from these guys all the time. My mom ordered online using her information one day, and they magically could not find the address. They attempted to call but still with assistance could not find the place and decided to cancel the order.
