Unfortunately even though I have had bad experiences with this location, I buckled and ordered from here again tonight. Ordered my pizza at 6:13 online and they quoted me a 30 min delivery time, at 7:20 my pizza still wasnt here so I called. Some rude individual answered and said my pizza would take 2hrs for delivery! I told them about my earlier 30 min wait time and he quickly told me that was incorrect and he had no control over that. At 8:40 my pizza STILL hasnt arrived and I called again, some awful sounding woman comes on the line and tells me that my pizza was returned!!! I ask why and she tells me they no longer deliver to my area! why wasnt I told that from the beginning?! She puts a manager on the phone, who explains he just took over the store yesterday and although he cant break the policy, hes willing to drive over to my house to bring me my order. Im not sure of his name but hopefully they keep him on as hes the only redeeming quality that place has right now. Other than that do yourself a favor and NEVER ORDER FROM HERE! The staff is extremely unprofessional, the service is trash and this guy certainly has his work cut out for him smh. On second thought it is now 9:30 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY PIZZA! This ordeal is extremely frustrating and I definitely plan on calling corporate!

Called after 1.5 hrs and was told the pizza was on the way. Called again after 2 hrs and 15 min and was told that it had NOT left but leaving now. After 2.5 hours pizza came with both having the wrong type of crust, both COLD, and our 6 mini apple pies were all stuck together and when we pulled them apart they had RAW dough on them all. Called back to complain and was told that they can remake the order. After 3 hours now and a 4 month old NewBorn that needs attention we declined it would be 5 hours and who knows if correct had we taken the deal. Ended up getting the amount we spent on credit. The only reason we will order again is so we dont lose the $22. That will be the last time. Corporate does a good job getting customers by their commercials etc but are turning around and getting SLAPPED in the face by the service that is being provided. This location should either get rid of everyone and start over from scratch or just close down. It really is that bad. The only reason for 1 star right now is because I have to chose at least one star.

Wish I didnt have to give any stars ..... I ordered from them 3 time and they messed the order up .I should have learned , I order from them a fourth time and they still messed up I drove up there to get the order corrected and again after giving them the opportunity to fix they order they messed it up !!!! I even went as far as contacting the general manager, I was not pleased with how he handled the situation at all, the store manager at Belmont was supposed to contact me on a Friday, here it is Monday afternoon and still nothing.I called the general manager back and all he said was that he was in a meeting and when he got a chance hed call the store manager to find out why I was not contacted. No apology, No name of the the store manager, nothing !!!! To say the least I am disgusted !!!!!

I just had the worst experience with pizza Hut. Called and ordered 84 dollars worth of food and was told it would be delivered in 20 minutes. 1 hour had passed and I called back to be told that driver was out and would be there momentarily. When he came in asked him was the pizza hot and he responded by asking me why am I asking if its hot ( with much attitude).I told him I ordered over an hour ago and they told me 20 minutes. My wife came to the door after hearing him and he said that there was only 2 drivers but he vented his frustration out on the customer. I told him that I was the customer and his attitude was unexceptable. He then said do you want it and I told him to take it back. I thought customer service was important, no apology, nothing. Wow!!!!!!!!!!

Beside the fact that I was told to come there and pick up a"delivery" pizza that was first made wrong ( how was it wrong you might wonder. .well the garlic knot pizza should be lined with knots around the border, this one had 1 knot in each slice) so they were going to send a corrected one. Only this time the driver couldnt find my house. So I get a call resulting in me being told to come there and pick it up. Yeah OK thatll happen. Keep that weak pizza ghetto employees I dont want them to bring me a glass of water.

This Pizza Hut is the WORST. We basically always have problems with our order. Last time, though, it was an all-time low. Absolutely nothing was right. We had two pizzas, and between them were 4 missing toppings, wrong sauce and each, and wrong crusts on each. The delivery took 1.5 hours. When I called to let them know about my completely botched order, no one answered, so I was transferred to the call center. Dont bother ordering from this location. Even if they deliver to you, dont. Its not worth it.

Ive had A LOT of problems with this Pizza Hut in the past. But today, Pizzas were perfectly made, they were made quickly and I got my order in under 30 minutes of placing my order. Im glad to see the changes theyve made are finally taking affect. Keep up the good work! I very highly recommend people give this location another chance. Update: Ive ordered twice since and both time ended up waiting at least an hour for my delivery...not during prime time and theyre less than 3 minutes away.

I ordered my pizza at 620pm. My order is complicated. Two medium veggie lovers add pepperoni and spinach, lite on the sauce, blah blah....anyway, I was skeptical about ordering from this location because of the bad reviews. The girl that answered the phone was very polite and paid attention to my requests. The delivery driver was also very nice, he arrived at my door at 650pm with hot pizzas. They were both exactly the way I had ordered them! I had coupons so it was a really good deal.

My orders are always right when i order online. Always on time but the inside always looks short staffed or staff is preoccupied by their own conversations. I do not do delivery anymore because a few months ago the young lady who delivered my pizza arrived 30 minutes late and all the cheese had slid to one side of the pizza. She did not make eye contact with me and after opening the box i would assume thats why.

Just witnessed a employee use the F word 3 times and cuss out another employee in front of myself and other customers. Asked for the manager and was told he was in the back. Sad to see employees there are comfortable with using bad language and acting extremely unprofessional not only in front of customers but while in the presence of their manager. I will be reporting the manager and the employee to corporate.
