When they are busy and you live more than a few miles away, the manager/staff tries to talk you out of placing a delivery order. I have ordered here before, both times I hear the employee and manager discussing my location, then trying to talk me out of delivery, very rude. I played along this time, they argued for 45 mins, no lie; saying things like "weve never delivered out there" (when Ive ordered there before), then I say Im at the business across the street that Ive seen them give big orders to, they allow me to use that address. Then they say "I think its very suspicious you want it delivered there" (I think its suspicious my apartment is 150 feet away and they wont deliver it), then they say "well we dont deliver there either" (after I persistent), then the manager gets on the phone "you could of been here by now, haha" (I say well you could of been here by now), then they say "there is a delivery charge you know, still want to order the pizza?" (I say yes), then they say at the 25 minute point; "your pizza has been ready and is cold now" (when I did not even pay yet), "we will cook you a fresh one if you pick it up" (how generous I reply), then they say "I dont like your condescending attitude", (I say are you large and hungry? bc it sounds as if you want to eat that pizza you made when I cancel my order, manager starts yelling at me, bickering continues) I then apologize and point out the amount of time we have both invested in this. Then she says; "what do you not have a car, haha", (not the case my car is worth more than both their salaries combined)....this goes on for 45 minutes, they even said finally they do not want my business. I cancel the order and recommend you all stay clear of the disgusting attitudes. They will try anything to not have to work. The online website allows me to order from this location delivery, but somehow they do not acknowledge this. They argued about the distance of delivery, I went on google maps to point out they were exaggerating about the distance. Every excuse in the book to avoid having to make another pizza on a busy day. Worst experience I have ever had with any franchise chain. Stay clear of this location, they are all chain smoking angry women. I even see other reviews and hearsay cases of many getting sick from this dirty location. Do yourself a favor and do not eat from this location.

Two employees, (one handsome guy with tattoos and a pretty woman with long, brown hair) were very nice. The guy came over to help the woman ring me up because she was having trouble. The phone began to ring and neither answered (as they shouldnt, because they were waiting on customers and there are others there to answer). Their (what I assume to be) manager had the audacity to make rude comments to them in front of me and another customer. He walked up and said "You cant just let the phone ring guys!!", answered the phone (let me tell you, hes no pro when it comes to talking on the phone either), then hung up and said "See?! Thats all you had to do" in a very rude tone. The employees said nothing to fuel the situation, they just nodded. The managers name is John. So if youre reading this, John. Shame on you. Im probably half your age and have only 6 years of experience in the food industry. If I know better, so should you. Stop being a dick to your staff. ESPECIALLY in front of customers.

The staff look like they are attempting to make the experience enjoyable - and it was, once I got my pizza. I waited for much longer than necessary, on multiple occasions and meals. The last time I was here, I was still waiting for someone to take my order (at least 25 minutes. Ridiculous.) And another couple already had their food after they arrived ten minutes after I did with my party: all because the waitress knew them personally. Food is good quality, but not such that warrants the wait time. Dont know if the building is understaffed or lazy, but whatever the reason it is unwarranted.

I descended on this establishment with 8 children, ages 7 and under, and 7 adults. Along with an ice cream cake. Luckily for them (& me because I saved $3 per pizza!) I had ordered it online. But I was otherwise completely unprepared for my impromptu b-day celebration. The staff here jumped right in, allowing us to utilize their freezer, then supplied ALL OTHER necessary items I had left behind in my haste. They made our event go on without a hitch, and consistently came back to see if we needed anything else. Couldnt have asked for more!! And the pizza was GREAT! :) THANK YOU SO MUCH

Food was good, but service was practically non-existent. We had to ask for silverware (two kids needed their food cut up), our server then disappeared, so my husband had to go up and request a refill of his drink, and later, the check!! Also, parents beware: the do not serve milk and the only juice they have is fruit punch.

Dont Go Here! I came to pick up my pizza and all the employees were smoking. I waited about 5 minutes before they came to the window. When I finally got my pizza it was cold and I could tell the pizza dough was old. Even worse I got sick, I dont know if it was from there dough or expired toppings. WORST PIZZA EVER!!
