Rude... We are just outside the delivery zone so we have gotten carry out for years. We were told a few times (encouraged even) that they could deliver anyways, that there was a commonly used work around in their system so i happily gave this a try. First delivery it was late but was ok. $39 order and gave the dude what I had ($77) left in cash for the trouble and extra 2 min of driving I was outside their delivery zone. They forgot some of the order but I wasnt too worried about it. 2nd time I called and the guy answered the phone "yeah... pizzahut". Told him i wanted delivery. He said "delivery ok... HELLO?". I asked him if he needed my number. He was maybe the rudest delivery guy I have talked to yet. Basically had me confirm all my info and refused me based on my address. I was ready for this. The manager had told me if I had any issues to ask for the manager or just mention what was set up. I explained and he sighed and said he wasnt allowed to deliver to me. I asked for the manager and he was the manager. He told me they are too busy to deliver to me (2-3 blocks past their threshold ffs!). It was 3:30pm ffs. I feel bad for anyone working with people in general and everyone has bad days but there is no reason to be a dick. Looks like Im no longer eating Pizzahut. He was such an ass on the phone I wouldnt trust people under his direction not to spit in my food much less deliver to me.

I normally dont leave reviews but I really felt compelled to in this case. Where to begin. My food arrived late. It was cold. I was given the wrong drink. My pizza was missing a topping that I was charged for. My boxes were dented/crushed. The special instructions to call me upon arrival and to NOT knock were ignored. (This was particularly annoying because one our puppy just had surgery yesterday and is not supposed to be too active or excited right now. As soon as the driver knocked, our puppy awoke and got very excited.) The driver did not have a CC slip for me to sign so I was asked to sign the customer copy of the receipt and give it back to him. As a result I dont know my transaction# or the store# so I cant properly leave feedback with corporate. I will not be ordering from this location ever again. If 0 stars were an option, I would select it.

Worst place to order food from ever. 2 pizzas over two hours to receive. When I called to check time frames I was rudely hung up on. When I called back to ask for a manager he proceeded to blame everything on hiring mentally retarded people. That sent me over the edge. Instead of accepting blame you pin blame on others!?? I went off as I should so now I will never order anything from them but the manager on duty made sure to tell me Im blackballed. Haha treat your employees better and maybe you will be successful.

I was trying to order a pizza. And the guy hung up on me. I called back and he said " I am taking your number ??? . I didnt understand what he was saying? Then said he wouldnt take my order anymore. And literally cussed me out because my frinds were laughing in the background. Called back then hung up ?? What is going in? Who hired this mentally unstable person. I will nevet call this pizza hut again. Terrible

0 Stars! How does this place stay in business? They never get anything right, never apologize and never even offer to refund the order that they screwed up at least twice. This happens every single time.. they suck. Never ever again! We will buy from Bianco from now on, they have great customer service and delicious pizza for dirt cheap. F&@%^ Pizza HUT, This LOCATION SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

The pizza from this place is good Pizza Hut pizza, the servce is a little slow. I always order from online, so it tells me how long it will take. Saturday nights are the worst for this place- it takes about 75 minutes for them to come on delivery. But on weekdays and weekend morning hours it usually takes 25 min. I give it *** since its food is good, but its service is so-so.

Shawn is a terrible employee. They let us in and we ordered at the front and ordered carry out but told him that it might change and he said yes. We told him we would change it and he said ok. We were half way into our meaps when he told us to get out because we payed for carry out. And he was a mean man. Everyone else was fun. If your seeing this please fire him.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I REPEAT DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Your pizza will be disgusting and the service will be even worse. Ive never met such unfriendly and grumpy people in my life. If you want pizza just go a few miles down to another Pizza Hut because this one is terrible. Save your time and money so you wont be disappointed because that all your paying for.

AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL. Ordered 8 pizzas for a party. Ordered, 4 hours early and they were still a half hour late. Called store 6 times, no answer. When I finally got through to someone, they apologized and the pizza still came 15 later. Driver was downright rude, and non apologetic. Will never order from here again and will tell businesses to do the same.

I ordered pizza for carry out. when I opened the box to eat pizza, it was not cooked completely. I can see the raw dough and smell of it. I ended up throwing it out as it was not in a condition to eat. I called the store and informed them. The lady whom I spoke noted down the ticket number and told that she will talk to the manager.

We ordered pizza online for delivery. We are 2.6 mi away and I called @ 11:45am to be delivered @ 1. We waited until 2PM and nobody showed up. We called the store to ask for our order and we were then told they had no delivery drivers to go and deliver our food !!!! If we could go to pick it up. WE MADE THAT ORDER IN ADVANCE ffs.

Order took absolutely forever and it was for carry out. The wings were cold, over cooked, poorly sauced and didnt even have the right wing count. Ive ordered in the past and the experience was just as bad, the delivery took nearly two hours. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Mod Pizza right down the street.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. Almost every order we get is always messed up. Pizza is either burnt or undercooked. Can never order online for a delivery, drivers are rude. And wait time for delivery today is an hour and 30 minutes? Seriously? I am done with this location.

Wish I had read the reviews. Im visiting, in a hotel. Delivery guy had the wrong room so I had to go to the lobby. The pizza was lukewarm, very little cheese, 9 pieces of pepperoni and not much more sausage. No napkins or peppers.
