I am glad I got to eat your chocolate mouse cake that was brought for a colleagues fare well party. It was delicious and had the perfect texture and a subtle mousse. Keep up the good work folks. My next cake order is coming your way. I heard from the sodexo staff that your tres leches is awesome. I am a big fan of Tiramisu and I am keen on checking out your version of it.
