Dont even bother going here if it is after 11 AM. Today is the seventh time in 4 weeks that I went and they had no bagels left except pumpernickel. Total waste of time. I am not going back. If you are constantly running out of product 4 hours before you close, then make more or close earlier but stop wasting peoples time. Its insulting and just proves that you dont know how to run your own business. The truth is this place has never been the same after it changed ownership and the new owners just dont have any clue how to run a successful and decent restaurant. If it is 7 am then this place is OK but the minute the sun completely rises this places ceases to have any value. Just steer clear, its a total waste of your time and money.

Ive been there now 3xs. This place is horrible. Last time was 4 days ago.. I got a muffin & now have had food poisoning for 4 days now. I stay feeling nauseous without any appetite. The other time I got their veggie sandwich that barely had any veggies on it for way too much $$. Their coffee is definitely 7/11 quality just like that muffin.

I had a bacon egg and cheese on plain bagel. The guy taking our order was the most disinterested employee Ive seen in a long time. Then he started putting my wifes lox on my bagel, which ended up making it taste a little fishy. The sandwich itself was chewy and tasteless.

I like the food but the service is ok. Friendly but can be improved. They also dont share their wifi, so I will start going to Starbucks :(. This sucks because I love to help small businesses but Without wifi they dont give me a choice.

New York style is a bold statement that likes to be used alot down south. Nothing about how they make anything over here is new York style it seems to be the most copied style but people sterotypically think their pulling it.

Place is clean from what I can see. Have a large selection of bangles and breakfast sandwiches. Very friendly staff! Get yourself napkins before you leave!
