Ok.....first of all, Some of the 1 star reviews on here are hilarious. Obviously some people dont understand the concept of Panera. If you want to eat chemicals and fake GMO food, please hike it over to your $5 breakfast. Im no snowflake, just a mom thats cautious of what I allow my kids to eat. ***Heads up morons*** Everyone ate Organic food 50 years ago, they just didnt have to call it organic, they just called it FOOD, BECAUSE GMOs werent loaded in the food supply as they are now!! So remember you get what you pay for. Its a bit higher priced for a reason!! 2nd part. This Taylor location has some great employees. Mary, Katy, and Blair are awesome. Top notch service. Always friendly, always professional, helpful, and prompt. PLUS IT HAS A DRIVE THRU!!! Woo-Hoo!!!! Ive placed specials, large & small orders here and 99.9% of the time, its been perfect. On the rare occasion it wasnt, they absolutely fixed it and made it right immediately. I love this place, the quality, the service, and the food! Thanks for being awesome!!

Order is wrong some way or another everytime. If its carry, you have to go back that day or get a voucher in the mail even if they really know they forgot to give you some of your items, like 2 smooties this last time. They are also very skimpy on salads, meats on sandwhiches, dressings, chicken soup is almost always broken up scraps compared to other locations. They put the same amoung of ingredients in the cup and bowl, the bowl just has more broth. I have compared it on 2 occasions. I wish i could post a picture of this ridiculous 1/2 greek i got the other day. It was in the small box and it literally only went up 1/3 the height of the tines on the fork with the fork standing up. It had 3 bits of tomatoe and the dressing cup was 1/4 the way full, no way it had 1 1/2 tablespoons like its suppose to. Rip off!!! Go to woodhaven or dearborn if you can.

Placed a large order that is correct on receipt. Missing items. Accuracy apparently does not matter. Wouldnt suggest our company lunch from this area again. People paid for a lunch they did not get & didnt get to eat anything because of Panera Bread. Adding that I finally got the gift card in the mail. It was for $6.00. The items that were missing were $20.00. way to go Panera! Never going back there!

Too expensive for small portions and three-hour-old coffee. I went to a locally well known family-owned restaurant and got their breakfast special instead. $5 got me a full breakfast and fresh coffee! It gave me the energy I needed to put in some work.

Overpriced bland food. No taste, no value. Would not recommend to anyone other then a snowflake who wants to prove a point about eating natural food ( if they lie about taste, they lie about being natural ). High priced, poor value, no taste. Avoid!

I always get quick and friendly service here, the food is high quality, and the restaurant is very clean. Their delivery service is also amazing and can probably rival Jimmy Johns in speed.

Came there to hang with friends and eat some good food. I got the Mac and cheese but it was stone cold. Literally the middle was as cold as ice. Not coming back to this place.
