My wife and I just stopped in to the Short Pump Qdoba. One of the worst experiences I have ever had at a Qdoba or any restaurant. First our food was very cold. The meats werent warm. The burrito bowl itself was the exact same. When my wife went to complain the manager was very rude. I would list his name, but he doesnt have a name tag on. He seemed extremely impatient with her. Then he asked her is a very sarcastic tone if she wanted a refund or if she wanted the food remade. She stated she just wanted a quesadilla. He then started making her new quesadilla, staring at her with a very impatient look. After that put it in a to go box and glared at her. My wife felt so uncomfortable even going up to complain and this whole situation made her even more uncomfortable. I cant believe this is how your restaurants treat their guests.

Ordered a naked burrito.. got lots of rice, they were pretty skimpy with the beans.. the next station was attempting to complete two orders at once, my wife asked for a little cheese and server dumped a large portion on her burrito, then with out asking dumped a lot of lettuce on mine.. at cashier had to ask for courtesy chips and was given about 10 to 15 chips. You can get queso sauce on your burrito, but you get charged $.75 if you want it on the side... it was overall a poor experience for my first and last visit. I recommend going to any other Qdoba in the area for a much better dining experience.

I am personally a big fan of Qdoba. I just love their smothered burritos. That said, their menus seem to have changed, and not necessarily for the better. I really liked the decor of this specific Qdoba. Id always been intrigued by the external architecture but had yet to go inside. The interior is also quite nice, with really comfortable seating for groups or individuals, and plenty of windows if you, like me, really enjoy sitting in the sunshine. The customer service left a little to be desired (she just seemed very harried, and I felt bad for being there), but all in all, its not bad for a Qdoba.

They are basically trying to be a Chipotle and doing a pretty good job. My wife and I disagree on which company makes a better burrito, so I will just say try them both you may be surprised. In regards to this specific location, if you are going to go to Qdoba, I would definitely recommend this one. The decor is great, the staff friendly, and they have definitely put some thought into their seating arrangements with some nice comfortable overstuffed charis for leisure seating and some more standard table seating for larger parties. Just a great interior design.

Well I usually love eating at the chain of QDOBA but I will not come to this location again. Very skimpy servings compared to other locations. When I asked for a couple of more chips because my daughter had a lot of crumbs with her kids meal, I was told unfortunately thats what you get with the kids meal. Well this is the only location that holds this standard so I will simply not come back.

The tatted guy with the glasses behind the counter is the bomb. A third of the working force here compared to their next door neighbor (similar service style) thanks to that guy. By far the fastest and most efficient line. Awesome food with friendly and fast service!

730 pm on a Tuesday, there are 15 people in line and 3 employees. One in back, one doing the first part of the line, one handling the second part and checking people out. trying to figure it out. In ten minutes, a total of 2 people have checked out.

Definitely my go to Qdoba now that the Willow Lawn location has closed. The staff is very nice, and the atmosphere is nice and modern, something Ive noticed with the new styled Qdobas. Definitely give the glass bottled sodas a try.

Food is excellent, but the facilities are not maintained. Restrooms had no toilet paper or paper towels. Garbage cans were overflowing. Maybe they are short staffed?
