Slow service and impossible wait times. Ive given up on trying to eat here. Sorry, but Im not waiting 45 minutes to an hour to eat at olive garden, whether its a weekday night or Saturday evening. This is a chain restaurant, not Peter Lugers Steak House. Waiting area is insufficient. 8 people sit while 25 lean against the walls for an hour. In the rare event that you are seated within a reasonable time frame, the service is exceptionally slow. I once walked out because I was seated and a server never came to take my drink or food order. The place wasnt busy at all and I waited 15-20 minutes for a server to show up until I decided enough was enough. Ive given this place several chances and every time, I say to myself "this is the last time". Completely unacceptable. If youre a veteran, dont even think about trying to get your free meal here on Veterans Day. You could have staffed an entire brigade with the amount of people crowded into the waiting area. That figure does not include patrons such as myself that turned around and left when they learned that the wait time was 90 plus minutes. Personally, I feel that my time and dignity are more valuable than a free plate of food at an otherwise average eating establishment. Dont degrade yourself by waiting for a table here. In conclusion, this place is always way too busy. I enjoy the food at Olive Garden but I cant justify the wait time. In all fairness, Greece is getting out of control. Its over populated with consumers and constantly congested with traffic. A potential solution would be for Olive Garden to expand their establishment to create more seating and staff in order to accommodate an increasing population and growing customer base. Until that happens, I dont imagine Ill be back. Dont waste your time.

On March 12, 2017, to celebrate my birthday, we went to dinner at Olive Garden. After such bad service from a waitress, when the manager knew about our annoyance, she tried to apologize. She was evidently xenophobic, telling us: "Here there are employees who speak Spanish, and next time you can ask them" . The fact that we are Hispanic is not synonymous that we do not know how to speak and understand English. The problem was not communication, it was the bad service of this employee. Bring several times what was not ordered, and what was ordered to wait a long time to receive it, were some of the many faults in the bad service we received in this restaurant, by this employee. Obviously it was not a lack of communication. Although the shift manager apologized and made arrangements on the account to pay, we had to ask for the birthday cake we had brought, and upon entering we were asked to later bring it to the table. We left there with cake in hand, without singing the long awaited "happy birthday". Because even though the waitress was asked to bring us the birthday cake she was slow to bring it. For obvious reasons we left. We are very convinced that there are employees who do not care about certain clients and that this type of xenophobic comments is unnecessary.

I am so disapointed with this restaurant to the point that I dont think I ever going to come here no more. It used to be my favorite until today. For the price I paid for 6 peopleI expect more. I called and make reservation for 6 to celebrate our daughter birthday . I came ahead of time to choose the desert and ask them if they could sing. The waitress came to the table with the note and ask me. I was giving this note but I cant understand it . In front of birthday girl. Really???!! I let it pass and then I stand up and went to talk with them again. At this point seems like everything was straight. We have to ask 3 times for a glass of water. We ask for another coke that never was brought to table. My dinner that I paid 20 dollars was so salty ( At this point I just wanted to just finish eating and leave) then... here we go. She bring the desert amd ask us Oh! Im not sure if you wanted to be sing...... I am done with this place. Thanks for ruin this surprise

Terrible! Ive been coming here for years! Every time I come I get the same thing chicken Marsala and it seems like they dont understand plain English. I know theres two different chicken Marsalas with two different sauces. I always tell them the lighter sauce just no mushroom chunks and every time they bring it out its the darker sauce. The second round they seem to understand its the lighter sauce chicken marsala. Why does it take me having to tell you the same thing twice clear as day for them to understand its LIGHT not dark!!?This happens every time I come. Ive been coming here long enough to know theres two different ones and once in a blue mood someone seems to get it right the first time. So if one waiter can understand me when Im being very descriptive others should as well especially if I tell them before anything I always run into a problem to please make sure its right. But YET its still not the right plate.

Ive been to many olive gardens...more than 15 times so far and I can say confidently that they have a very bad practice that is not based on one, or two or three experiences. I go there because I like the salad, ok! But!!! UNLIMITED soup and salad means, at Olive Garden, that you get the first salad properly, then the second one becomes loaded with bread (which is so rude)... if you make the mistake and ask for the second one... it comes late a bit, and you can barely see the salad because of all the much of bread on top. Even wit ha generous tip, that bad habit continues... and I remember one time that the SECOND salad (for two) was not even enough for one. I like their desserts, but I dont really like their cooking... They make some good food, but for sure its a FAKE ITALIAN restaurant!!!

I have had one good experience and one bad experience at this Olive Garden location. The good experience: The food was good, the waitress friendly, and the price what I would expect from an Olive Garden. The bad experience: The (usually delicious) Alfredo sauce appetizer was cold and when we let them know they microwaved it and returned it to the table with a layer of oil on the top-not good. Next, they were out of bread sticks to give us with the sauce and our entrees were barely warm and had been clearly sitting around. The manager claimed that the kitchen was running very well and efficiently, but I disagree. We ended up not having dinner at that point, just paid for our drinks and left. The experience was really bad, but like I said Ive had a good one as well.

Sister n law was in for a visit, so my wife and I joined her for Olive Garden. Usually I have no complaints at all. Nothing at all about this time was good. The server was very slow and hardly saw him the whole time there. I wanted a dish with Penne/Rigatoni instead of spaghetti and was told I couldnt do that (its pasta, I just dont like thinner pasts is all). Anyway, decided on a steak. I said pink throughout, which shouldnt have been hard to do. I cut into it and its raw. I mean red in the middle and bleeding on the plate. Manager came over, said do you w any another and I said no thanks, I lost my appetite. He took it off the bill, but could have done more. Im done going to Olive Garden now.
