Anytime I go here, its always the same: welcoming staff, prompt and fast service. ALSO, I REALLY LOVE THE TEA. My favourite place to get tea anywhere in RVA and its only a five minute drive from where I live. What would I do without you Chicken Fiesta? <3 Some constructive criticism here though: sometimes your chicken is really overly salty. Dont get me wrong, I LOVE salt, but maybe cut it down a notch if possible? Either way, anything Ive had from here is 10/10 always. Love you guys. Please stay here forever until the day I die. I am a dedicated and loyal customer.

For the just under $10 range meal you wont find much better. I just came in for a quick lunch break, and they kept impressing me until I left. From the huge brick rotisserie oven, the best sweet tea (the only choice by the way welcome to the south!) Ive had in Richmond, to of course the food, the hot sauce, and last but not least the immaculately clean dining area. This was my first visit it definitely wont be my last!

When I first visited Chicken Fiesta, I was sold. The fresh grilled chicken and rice with salad as a side, perfectly seasoned was a winner. My next visit was equally impressive. Today, however, my combo quarter chicken did not include rice. The chicken was rare, showing pink and the fries were hard. It was disappointing that another business popularity has led to poor customer service.

I had a chicken chimichanga and not only was it delicious, it was a lot bigger than I thought it would be for under $10! I didnt even know it came with a side of rice either!! A lot of food for your money, and it is really well seasoned and cooked! Also, it literally took them 3 minutes to make my food. So impressed!

Just riding around Richmond this was something we just stopped in to check it out. We came in right at lunch time and it seemed busy but we got to order in no time. I ordered the chicken taco salad and I surprised on the size for the money we paid for. It was also delicious. It was a great idea to stop in.

The rotisserie chicken is wonderful: it is the reason to go here. The burritos are fine. The yucca is good. The prices are exactly where they need be. The tres leches cake was wonderful as well. I enjoyed the ambient music and the staff was extremely amiable and helpful. I will definitely go here again.

Out of the dozens of times Ive eaten here, Ive never had a bad experience. My favorite meal is their Enchilada Platter. A close second would be the Chicken Sandwich. Also, I dont think theres a day that goes by that Im not craving a side of Yucca, with the yellow sauce, of course!

Customer service is amazing and nice clean location. Food is ok not great though. I ordered the delicious chicken and perfectly seasoned and grilled steak combo with yucca and rice that was awfully dry and a bit hard. Overall decent meal for the first time visit. It was ok

The rotisserie chicken is DELICIOUS and I also enjoyed the fried yucca. The salad is pretty generic, but they arent kidding when they say the hot sauce is hot! Tres leches cake was also wonderful. And the prices are amazing. I will definitely come back.

Really helpful and friendly staff. Food is very good. I dont know many places that cook the food right in front of you. Never worry about frozen cheap food, its the real deal. Maybe not the most authentic Mexican food but cant complain with the taste.
