Good food. Love Popeyes. Wish the service at this one was better... I couldve caught them on a bad day but, really? Almost every time? Its frustrating! I usually get the spicy chicken tenders, but theyre never ready when i order them so i have to wait. Recently i wanted to try the new chicken and waffles tenders (which, surprise surprise! Took a good 10 minutes) and they didnt even give me the sauce. When i asked for the advertised sauce they said they were out... Golly, i wish id known that before dropping 8 bucks and some change on a gamble!

The food wasnt fresh! I asked from the beginning for a 4pc with fresh fries. She said they r...when I got my food from them I tried one and it wasnt even warm!! I complained got them to cook fresh fries. She forgot my Dr Pepper once I got it guest what...flat as hell! I complained and received a dirty look. Chicken was excellent and biscuits as always the best. Step it up man!

Ive been here couple of times and each time, the service is very poor. Workers here have attitude, talk alot to themselves and dont pay attention to the customer. I personally find the very rude. Whoever is in charge should do something about it.

Service at this mall location is always poor. Most of the time the cashiers dont even smile or speak when you walk up. They just wait for you to start talking. Food was ok which is why I gave it 2 stars instead of 1.

Damn fam I went to Popeyes today and bought fries and then found out they dont have BBQ sauce or honey mustard anymore like wtf, so I got pissed and almost RKO the manager and then had to go to McDonalds.!

The last 5+ times I have been to this location, they havent had chicken ready and ask me to wait 16 minutes for my order (8 pieces). Told the manager, who became defensive and didnt care. Horrible.
