Popeyes is one of my favorites, but this particular location seems to be going downhill. Looks like they have a new manager working who is not very experienced. Had to wait 15 minutes for chicken and after that they still didnt come out with the fries. Had two orders of fries, they came in one basket, so we had to separate them ourselves. Chicken tasted like it wasnt seasoned properly. Manager didnt bother to offer anything extra (pie, extra piece of chicken, etc) for the inconvenience. Think I will stick to the Midlothian location for now. Hopefully the new location being built in Iron Bridge is better, as it will be closer to home.

I ordered the 10 piece meal no breast, replace w/thighs. When I got home I had 8 breasts an 2 thighs ,my husband and I dont like breast . Mashed potatoes and gravy were mixed bad idea whoever came up with that idea you need to eat soup cause thats what it was . And my 2apple pies were almost forgotten if I had not ask they wouldnt have been in the bag. Very dissatisfied this time . My husband an I come here just about every Saturday but I had dinner made so I came Sunday this time . Once in awhile I dont care for something about my order but this order takes the cake.

This was not a good experience. The chicken had no flavor, they had unseasoned fries. The biscuit was small and flat, but was the only thing that had any flavor. They forgot our coleslaw, and when we turned around and went back to get, the cashier said that she put the coleslaw in the boxes and looked at us like we were coming back to get free coleslaw. Coleslaw that didnt taste good! I have never been to a Poppeys that was this bad. No taste what so ever! The Cajun people would be ashamed! Ill start going back to Bojangles. Sincerely, A waste of my money!

Inexperience customer service employees Who dont even know their own menu. Ordered a #4 platter for them to tell me I cant get wings. Well that is on your menu board am I correct. Then open the window half way to take my money and slam it closed then opened it halfway to hand me my food. I will be contacting District Headquarters to speak to their Receuitment and Retention dept. to find out why they hire employees who dont like life or their job. I frequent this establishment regularly and have receipts

Very rude lady at the the drive through window. Its was 7:45 and I waited 35 minutes for my order. When I finally got tired of waiting and walked in the cashier looked at me like I wasnt speaking English. After I got home my fries were soggy and the chicken tasted old.Next time I will spend the few extra bucks in gas and go to the Midlothian location. Please DO NOT go to this place

We LOVE the food but customer service at this location is regularly very poor. The employees stand around aimlessly and slack jawed and it takes forever to get your order - and then its often wrong. Corporate needs to retrain or replace the managers at this location. Regretfully, were being forced to switch to Bojangles or KFC as weve just had too many bad experiences here.

Terrible! No flavor, over cooked, didnt have legs or wings, I got spicy and tasted nothing not even chicken? Couldnt eat the beating saw the manager way French fries, luck his fingers and then touch food, no one had gloves or hair nets, never again. Its a shame to call that southern cooking.

We went Sunday night June 26 around 6:30, the staff walked past us and no one made eye contact with us after about 3 or 4 minutes we left. If you have a restaurant on Hull St. or Midlothian Tnpk. you better have something special starting with good customer service.

Super slow service. Bought a 12 piece with fries and mashed potatoes. Took 10 minutes for 2 people ahead of me to order. Then I was asked to wait out front for my order. Another 10 minutes and still waiting. Its not as if the restaurant was full. Its empty inside.

Slow slow slow.....no personality. No "hi how are you" No eye contact just stuck hand out with head turned making me reach out over to the counter. Handed me food and didnt say a word. Just poor customer service. Edit: Food was good. Pricey but was good.
