Too many bad experiences to like them. Their service really sucks. It took them over 1 hour to deliver the food to my place, and I live 3 blocks away, they called twice to get my address, and by the time the driver arrived, I had already cancelled my order. Sorry to say, he looked distracted, sleepy. They are far cry from being a real "Peruvian" Rotissere/Charcoal Chicken, their prices for yucca is outrageous, I dont think I will go back too often, at least will never call for delivery. They are simply an expensive fix for dinner when we are late at home. IN the past they also had my order incorrect (I order yucca but got fries instead--after I had to pay extra for the yucca). Their staff sometimes does not pay attention when taking orders... they wont last long.

Just recently called to see if they delivered- as I cannot leave work to pick up an order. He told me that they can only deliver within a 5 mile radius. We nicely asked him if he could look up our address to see if we were under that. He put us on hold- came back to say it was 5.2 then hung up the phone. It would have graciously tipped for them going out of their way to deliver food to me. This was an example of horrible customer service and i am in the industry and this would have been a great opportunity to get a great review for them going above and beyond but instead they get a horrible review for this situation.

They have a 5 mile delivery policy, and would not deliver because I am 5.1 miles over! And then said "Im welcome to pick it up!" - No thanks, and not doing business with you. Completely unprofessional. After I argued the point, they tried to say it was further away, when I was looking right at Google Maps - all three routes were 5.1 miles away. Unreal - they clearly had no desire to have more business.

This place is really good. We dont eat here too often because its one of those places that you need to decide on last minute. You need to be coming home from a long trip, or something like that where youre tired enough to not want to cook dinner but you have some time in the evening where you can pick up food. Its times like these that Backyard Rotissere Chicken really hits the spot.

Great food with some of the best Yuca in NOVA. Normally we just order delivery because they are so fast. The resturant itself isnt anything to write home about, it is obvious all the time and energy has gone into the food. That said it is clean and spacious if you want a great place to work and eat. Also worth trying is their mango habanero wings. Delicious.

Worst customer service ever. Go to Cholito chicken instead. These guys have 0 people skill. Door knob has better personality. My last experience with them the person who took the order told me order was enough for delivery. Owner called me back minute later and asked for 15 cents because order was 15 cents less than $15 Seriously?? And he gave me attitude.

I just ate a burrito the size of my forearm and a side of fries for $8. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was friendly. The burrito was filled with juicy white meat chicken and loaded with yummy guac (as well as other ingredients). I didnt try the rotisserie chicken but the plates delivered to people around me looked really good and fresh.

Fried cheescake rolls and yuca are amazing! nothing is pre-made Like fast food restaurant do it, they make everything fresh. Takes a while to get the food out but its worth the wait to get some steamy food. Just wait a few minutes before eating fried things like yuca because it might be too hot! I go there all the time with my friends to eat.

Their food is great! Unfortunately I cannot say the same thing about their service. I had a couple of bad experiences already. Once over the phone and another one in person. They should already know that a smile doesnt cost a thing but it can really make a difference. I would recommend the manager to keep an eye on their people!

Overall good food, and the service was fast when I stopped in last time. Tried both their chicken gyro and chicken melt and came away fairly impressed. My son had the chicken tenders which were very good as well. Great if you need a quick and affordable place to go.

Food is good, nothing too spectacular. There arent a lot of better choices around. Just dont expect the "best rotisserie chicken in northern Virginia" to Wow you. Its pretty standard.
