Atrocious food and atmosphere - pleasant server: I dined-in at the Reston Pizza Hut this evening and I issue this warning to my fellow googlers.... STAY AWAY! We traveled to this Pizza Hut because it is one of the "Wing Street" locations that in the commercials, claim to stand up to real deal in Buffalo, NY. I promise you they do not. Im not sure who P.Hs supplier is, but these were surely, the smallest and lowest quality wings I have ever seen. Many of the wings had broken bones, which are both a choking and broken tooth hazard. There were irregular chunks of skin, connective tissue and fat that would normally be trimmed from regular quality wings. AWFUL, JUST AWFUL. Laughably... we went in for the wings and ordered a medium pizza as an afterthought. The kitchen forgot or our wing order and after a pretty substantial wait, our server arrived with our pizza and an apology (he really was a nice guy), the wings were forgotten and just going in now. The bathrooms were disgusting. I think someone actually decided to vandalize the mens room by peeing on the walls. No joke: there were droplets everywhere.... too far away from the sink to be just water. There were numerous flies buzzing about the restaurant. They bit at our legs as we ate. Awesome.... I tried to be in good spirits about the whole experience... mostly because, as I said, I thought our server was just the salt of the earth, especially with all of the other nonsense that was going down around him. However, I did almost lose my cool when I went up to the register to pay and the manager did not say hello, look me in the eye or ask how everything was. I did want her to know how bad everything was in her restaurant and offer to offset our bill in some way. Instead she looked the other way and stretched out her hand to take my check and card from me (*snubbed*). Her demeanor was was notably and intentionally rude. All in all a bad experience.

Dont believe them about store credits based on telephone numbers. (Update 03/21/16, its been 3 weeks since my first bad experience. Today, Mohammad told me today they have no such way to keep track of a credit by phone numbers and that its been to long. He pretty much lied... last time ordering from here!) (original post) To be fair I will end with a compliment. 1. The person over the phone made me repeat myself over and over. 2. I placed the call around 605pm, arrived and paid around 626pm. I made eye contact with that guy at the counter and the staff was aware I was waiting on my order. 3. 655pm I had ask about my order (a personal pan and only wings) 4. They asked me about my proof of payment over and over and made me go back to my car to find it. 5. They felt bad for making me wait over a hour, prove that I ordered , and because they had to remake my order. 6. They refunded my money( to soon to see if its true) gave me store credit ( Mohammad said # based ) and gave me my food for free (but I had to wait until they made it). I would come back because although they arent perfect, they made sure to make things right.

They overcharged me by $1. Not a huge deal, but the Manager was very sarcastic about, saying "if thats the price you saw online, why didnt you order there?" Saw the price online and confirmed the price over the phone, and said as much, but he would not even consider they might have made an error. I ended up having to talk to the person who took my order and knew what the price should have been. Anyways, it seems like theyre more than happy to overcharge and send you on your way if youre not careful, so check your receipts.

I ordered a pizza for pickup and went to pick it up after 45 minutes.. the lady at the counter ( who needs to learn a lot about customer service ) tells me she cannot find my order. i ask her to check again, in case they got my phone number wrong.. she says she cannot find any order and asks me if i actually placed an order with them ( come on, im not going to imagine placing an order ).. I speak to another guy and he manages to find my order.. it turns out that they gave my pizza to some one else.. im never going back again..

Horrible customer service - They got the order wrong, so they were going to send another pizza. When the pizza arrived the delivery driver tried arguing about the amount due, which was supposed to be $0 - considering they got the first order wrong. When I told the driver what happened with the first order and told him to call the store, he refused and continued to try and argue. Not ordering from here again.

This place is JUNK. Horrible place to eat. Usually Pizza Huts lunch buffet consists of a salad bar as well as pizza but here, just bad tasting pizza and breadsticks. I dont even recommend this place to my worst enemy. Bad service and bad food. Horrible selection of pizza too. Just junky here. Please close up this store because a nicer place could move in and serve better food and offer better service.

Update: 10/28/2016, I gave two stars before, so now Im giving one to show my disatisfaction with their personal pan pizzas, which is usually what I order most. They put the sauces in with the breadsticks, and Ive no idea where those sauce containers have been so I for all I know the bottom of the container could have E.Coli. And the Personal pan I got was all squashed and smushed. I am disappointed.

I order a pizza in the place and 1 min late I ask if can I change to be haf and haf and the person in the counter he toll me no I cant do that because after you pay I cant do nothing but theye even dint start doing my pizza this is really but customer services I dont recommend to go this place , I never going to come back again to that place sorry for PIZZA HUT Corpo

Karen sounds like she is wasted on the job, she is the manager so not much can be done about her. She ignores the phones and when she does pick up makes excuse after excuse to avoid delivery, such as a 3 hour wait!! Really, are we using the post office for delivery??? Sad to say I wont eat there after tonight, enough is enough.

We are three friends went during lunch time. The lady in cash register greeted us. We took our choice of pizza and find a table to site. There are some fork and knife rolled over on napkins. When I open one of them I found this scary bug... showed to the lady and she apologize... we decided not to visit anymore.

As many times I visit this Pizza Hut, I should give them 5 stars but holding onto one star because it is not the brightest location you can visit. But given the fact that Pizza Hut has closed down so many other location in this area, this is the best one among the available choices.

This Pizza Hut location is awful. Ive called 10+ times to order pizza for my kindergarten class and have not gotten an answer once. Theres no way they dont hear the phone ringing. Youre better off using Dominos, Papa Johns, Vocellis, or even a place that doesnt specialize in pizza.
