Absolutely disgraceful! Not even one star worthy. Last time I ordered the delivery guy looked at the receipt and asked how much did you tip? You make money leave more. I was a bit thrown off but I decided to give them another shot. I ordered today and it gave me an hour +10min wait. 30 mins pass beyond this hour wait and no one shows up. I call the store four times straight and no one picks up??? Irritated I just ordered from another restaurant. About ten minutes after I place an order elsewhere, a hear an unpleasant knock at my door. I simply asked the driver what happened and he sucked his teeth, yelled at us about traffic being bad, etc. All they have to do is CALL and keep the customers up to date! But nearly two hours later there is no way id pay for a cold pizza. You dont just SHOW UP TWO HOURS AFTER! I called the store again((nowwwwwww they want to pick up!)) The woman picked up and as I was explaining to her she she interrupted saying "call customer service". Worst experience ever!

I have not really been a fan of Pizza Hut for over 10 years. I always thought it was too greasy, and the taste was nothign special. However, my girlfriend loves Pizza Hut and convinced me to try it again, and I was pleasantly surprised. We got a pan and a thin crust, and enjoyed both of them from this PH. **UPDATE**: So the above held true for 2 visits to PH. However, my 3rd order was different. Both of my pizzas were not cooked properly (raw dough still) and the manager wasnt willing to do anything other than argue. He eventually agreed to give me credit in the amt I paid. I cashed in the credit and the same thing happened. The pizza did not come out properly cooked. We will no longer be eating from here again.

Omg, I have had my orders messed up before, however as a person who has been in the food service I know that you should inspect anything before serving to another. If it had been green peppers when I ordered none or onions or some other topping that wasnt ordered eh so what. But to find a screw cooked into the cheese of my pizza is horrifying. When we called back and brought the screw back to them we were met with giggles and smirks. No one was appologetic, we were even told that we had put it there ourselves. The gm would only offer $10 for the pizza as their mea culpa. Currently dealing with the corporate office. The health dept. will be shutting them down soon

The most disgusting place! I order wings and pizza for a relaxed dinner date kinda thing! As the movie started we began to eat and I noticed something taste a little funny ! I turned the light on and.. You would not believe the chicken was bleeding! I call The Germantown Pizza Hut immediately! And she asked if I could send a picture to her cell phone, and after seeing them she said can you cook them some more? Like what the hell! Seriously, then she said it was nothing she could do but recook them and I had to pick them up! The first person I saw was the cashier with his hair all down in his face, bitting his nails.. NEVER GO HERE

I didnt know that a franchise could be this different from all the others. Their pizza tastes like it came from a freezer and their crust is just horrible. Weve bought pizza from here at least 3 times in case it was just bad luck, but its the same everytime. Within about a half mile youll find Pizza Bolis (the best pizza in the area), Dominos, and &pizza - pick any of those instead of this store. Disclosure: It has been at least 6 months since Ive eaten there. Its possible theyve changed.

Walked in, 3 employees sitting at table; one at counter. Asked if we order at counter for dine in he said yes. We placed our order, fixed our drink and sat for 32 minutes before someone came over to ask if we wanted to order. Another 5 passed before the cashier came out and said your foods been ready for a while. Cold $5 breadsticks; even colder sauce and cold pizza does not sit well! What about dress code... Dirty clothing... Hair uncovered and long!

The Mens bathroom looked like the Bathroom stall in Desperado. There was crap on the wall. A cardboard sign in the urinal that read "out of order", that someone had urinated on. The sink was clogged and would not drain. An employee was coming out of the bathroom without going near the sink. Do not eat there. Call the health dept and get this place shut down. Absolutely disgusting. My only regret is that I didnt take a picture to add to this review.

I would never my life order from Pizza Hut in Germantown Maryland again the second time Ive done it the pizza is not that hot and the cheese is bad its all dry look at it looks like its about a week old I called and told the man about how Im very displeased he says French and its not fresh Im very dissatisfied I paid $14 for too many pieces plus $4 extra for that the delivery and plus I gave them an $3 tip and its not even worth it

The first time I ordered from here the food was great. But tonight I cant say the same. I ordered online and was surprised at how fast it came...maybe it was because my pizza was undercooked and additional items ordered were incorrect. At least the manager was willing to correct the issue. But when the replacement came it wasnt what i ordered!!!!

One of the worst restaurants in the franchise. The presentation is always horrid and he food tastes disgusting. If you want a location that does it right, go to the Pizza Hut by Goshen. The crystal rock location? If you want to terrible quality, just stick with Dominos and save a couple bucks.

Worst place to eat !!! I ordered a dinner box and the cinnamon sticks were burnt and tasted nasty weird also there was barely any flavor to the food . When I sat in a booth it broke and I fell on the floor ! The cups for the drinks are flimsy. And the tables are dirty af DO NOT EAT HERE .

Pizza good but i really dont like that the pizza man opened my front door to scream hello and try to cloes it to seem like he never opened it when we were all there and watched him open it! Creepy and not okay! They need to fire who did that! I will never order from this place again!

ordered pizza online--it was ready fast, kept hot (I arrived later than the ready time), and the gents inside were warm and awesome--cant see what more youd want at a PH, and I noticed they had a not-so-good google rating, thus me up-starring it... / Happy Halloween :)

What kind of restaurant doesnt have drinks for kids? All they have are carbonated fountain drinks or iced tea! Buy a gallon of milk or lemonade for $3. Is that seriously so hard? Many kids dont like carbonated beverages and dont need caffeinated tea.
