Used this Chick-fil-A to cater my wifes birthday party. This food was very good and my guests seemed to love it. The only negative is that when picking up the food, the restaurant was very busy and I had to wait until someone had time to help me. I called the order in advance. But I recommend not picking up catering orders near lunch time. I also eat breakfast here on a regular basis. Love the sausage breakfast burrito. I would probably get breakfast here more frequently if the coffee was better.I prefer coffee from McDonands, Dunkin Donuts or Starbucks. Also, its kind of annoying when they ask me if Im eating in or taking it with me and they stick my meal in a bag regardless of what I tell them. Ive been to many Chick-fil-As in this area and other areas and the one thing that always stands out is how polite the employees are. This Chick-fil-A is below average on friendliness. Some employees are very friendly and others are not.

The place has recently been renovated, so its interior design is different from before, but its quality food and excellent customer service havent changed. The food is very well prepared. Chick-fil-A serves my favorite chicken sandwiches and some of my favorite fries. The sandwiches are made with quality ingredients, and the fries are crispy, salty, and flavorful. If you dont prefer fries, there are other sides on the menu. As well as fountain sodas, there are also a few flavors of lemonade available. The workers are very kind and helpful. The place is clean, overall, and there are dispensers of free hand sanitizer wipes.

Dont go to this chick fil a unless you want to wait in the drive thru for 30+ minutes. Also, their drive thru isnt set up well so cars often times cut the line by thinking they can go through the parking area. Ive seen this happen twice in the past month. They sometimes have a security guard there to prevent it. Also, if you go near the end of breakfast and order a biscuit sandwich, they put it on a bun instead but still give you the biscuit size chicken. I only go to this one when I have my dog in the car, but I recommend going to the chick fil a in the kentlands with better service.

The food is fine and the staff are super, but the drive thru....someone needs to get that mess under control. It makes no sense, there are cars coming in from two directions regardless of the little sign that points you in the right direction. And if it cant be fixed so its easier to navigate someone needs to be out there directing traffic which is utterly ridiculous to have to do at a fast food restaurant. This place was not built to handle the amount of people that come here. Fix it or shut it down, or make sure the staff has riot gear when the angry drive thru customers go nuts.

The food is so good, I always end up eating more than I should. While a fast food chain, their chicken can be served at a party as appetizers and still be enjoyed just as much. This Chic-Fil-A has a great kids area that is enclosed but also see-through so that parents can eat but still watch their kids. The drive-thru is hard to use, but doesnt seem to stop anyone because there is always a line here, at least it moves quickly. The staff are wonderful, and you must come for their annual Chic-Fil-A day every July, it is fun and you get free food!

It was super busy which I get it. But we ordered our food and receieved through wrong sandwich. We told the people at the front and had to wait for another 15 minutes so the food we already got was getting cold. They then charged us 2 extra dollars for cheese and bacon. WHAT A SCAM AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Dont mess up my order and then make me wait and charge me!

Ordered a Chicken Sandwich, nuggets and fries. The nuggets were fresh and hot, similar to the sandwich. The fries were a bit stale and slightly unsalted. I havent been inside but I imagine someone ordered no salt fries previous so they used the previous fries for my order. I only know this because i used to work for CFA. I will update my review when I go a second time.

The food here is always good. The staff is friendly. But this location is SUPER SLOW. Whether its in the drive thru or inside, you can expect to wait at least 15 minutes for a meal. You can tell by the staffs attitude that theyre trying to serve you as efficiently as possible, but there must be a breakdown in communication because it takes forever to get your food.

This Chick-fil-A is great. The food is always awesome and the salads are a great, fresh meal if youre not eating their famous fried chicken. Weve used them for catering too and you cant beat their fruit platters, cookies AND nuggets. They are always a huge hit. If anything, they are too popular as parking and the drive thru can be NUTS. :)

arrived at pick I window and was greeted with the wrong order name. Then upon receiving the order with our name it was completely incorrect. Didnt realize until we drove all the way home and it was too far and long to go back. It was dinner time so I understand theres a rush but we did not receive anything we asked for.

I would have been giving it five stars, but lately They have been messing up the orders, they give me wrong food . They used to give napkins and straws without asking even hand sanitizing wipers. I order 3 to 4 meals and get three bags of ketchup??? Food is amazing but customer service is going down the drain.

This Chick-fil-a is CROWDED! Hard to get in to parking, hard to get in drive thru! They need another one in close vicinity! The food is good, service is ok! But do not expect it to be quick! Im very disappointed in the lack of. It might just have been better in a completely different location.

Its unfortunate that the owners of this chain are associated with unfortunate political leanings. That said this review is about the actual restaurant and I have to say that this is one of the best fast food restaurants Ive eaten with regards of the cleanliness and good taste.

A great place for the little ones to go and play. Since my daughter is to old for that I am not sure what else to say about the playground. I know on the kids eat free night the parking was an issue but you could always find someone you knew there!

Chick-fil-As food is always great, that is a rating of 4-5. But the drive through situation and crowd management is not the best here. It could be the initial design but the drive through seems to cause more parking lot jams than adding convenience.

Always very crowded, no matter what hour. But good food, and preternaturally good service and cleanliness. They really go above in making sure youre treated well and polite. Also, they have a kids playground inside, which is rare these days.

The drive thru line was long enough to block cross traffic, but they had me with my order really fast. A peek inside showed they were really busy in the dining area too, but they were quite efficient with getting people served. Impressive!
