If you like ethnic food, avoid this place. If you like the garbage thats served at most Chinese buffets and want to pay 3X as much, run to Pei Wei. Despite the crowds and exquisite name, Pei Wei isnt exquisite, far from it. Pei Wei serves bad Chinese fast food thats way too expensive. I knew we were in trouble when we were greeted by huge electronic menus that would help us choose quickly while we waited to be "seated" (moo-moo). My wife ordered some kind of tofu veggie dish, and I ordered spring rolls and orange chicken. We both ordered brown rice. The spring rolls dripped grease, and even the water glasses given us smelled of grease. The main courses were simply inedible. The brown rice was dry and clumpy, and the entrees were disgusting. Ive never seen tofu like that served at Pei Wei. I dont think its tofu. The orange "zest" in my chicken was bitter and nasty. My wife and I simply left our dishes uneaten after a few bites. If anybody offers to pay for your meal at Pei Wei, run away. Go to China King, MacDonalds, or Five Guys!

Great prices, food, and friendly staff. Pei Wei is an excellent place to go, especially if you have allergies or food sensitivities. Just be sure to speak to a manager. The manager I spoke with, Sean Grinnell, did a phenomenal job of working with me to find an entree I loved and was not allergic to. Then the cooks made my food in a separate area to make sure it was safe. Mr. Grinnell personally delivered my food to my table and checked in on me a few times. The personal service was phenomenal and very impressive. I had such a great experience that I wrote a letter of commendation to their corporate office! I will definitely be back here. It is inexpensive but the atmosphere is still really cool.

Have only been there once so far - had the caramel chicken and it was great. All of the dinner entrees are between $8-10 and are a very good sized portion which is saying a lot because I am a pig when it comes to Chinese food. The dish was delicious, served up quickly and freshly made. My wife and I agreed that the egg roles were the best we have ever had. The restaurant was a bit cramped and loud, but it was Friday night. Will definitely go back for sit in service and most definitely for take out - very good Americanized style Chinese food.

I thought this place was starting to come back from its lack of attention to detail, but I am sorely mistaken. The last couple of times I ordered white rice it was very obvious they dumped the meat over brown rice, someone caught the mistake and just scooped the meat, now missing most of its sauce, plus a significant amount of brown rice into a new container with a little white rice to cover it. On top of that the egg rolls have gone back to being massively under cooked and super greasy (1/4 inch of oil in the box)

I come here often for lunch since my office isnt very far. Ive tried most dishes with brown or white rice and I usually enjoy them. There are a few I dont have a taste for but I think theres definitely something for everyone and the price isnt too bad either. However I wouldnt recommend getting anything on salad myself. Youre probably better off getting vegetables and/or tofu with brown rice (unless those calories really matter I suppose).

Fast food P.F. Changs. It has a lot of the same menu options, which means you can eat the same good food in a faster paced environment. You wait in line to order and they bring your food out when its ready (usually very quickly). Just like P.F. Changs it is not amazing but it is consistently good and for times when you dont want to tip or you are in more of a hurry than a sit down restaurant can accommodate it is a great choice.

Very irritated now, was so hungry and went to this place to order a veg + tofu (iam a vegetarian) pad thai. a) they took 1/2 hr, twice redoing my order and this was in front of me b) i come back home and look at my togo order and they added egg to it. iam not going back there. Pay Attention to details guys...and the thing was they werent even busy!

Main entrée was okay, but the egg rolls were absolutely inedible. These things literally seeped oil even after using 8 napkins on them to soak up the oil. Aside from the greasy egg rolls - there is a Coca-Cola freestyle machine and the restaurant is kept very tidy.

We went in and order a chicken lettuce wrap and other dishes. They brought out a Thai lettuce wrap instead. The server said would you like to try this dish out while we make you a new one? We end up getting two appetizers for the price of one. How awesome is that?

Ordered spicy korean veggie dish...was spicy enough and i enjoyed it. Mango salad had too much cilantro for my taste. It is one step up from fast food restaurants...u order at the counter and they bring the food. A casual easy dining place.

Pad Thai is not that great but the other plates are amazing! Sushi is overpriced, but still good. More fast-paced ambiance and not a nice place for a quiet dinner. Very casual, would not recommend for people with food allergies.

I really think the fast food type environment really works for them and they dont compromise on taste either. The food tastes just as good as it used to when it was a more traditional restaurant.

Came in for takeout, was an easy and quick stop. Pei Wei always tastes great but it is usually followed by feeling like ate too much greasy and heavy food.

Good food for a decent price. Its one of the few places where the food came out looking like the picture in menu. Great for a quick lunch or dinner.

Really good food. I would say sometimes even better than PF Changs. My picks are the Korean Spicy, Thai Dynamite, Kung Pao Chicken, and Orange Peel.

Avoid everything that isnt American Chinese. The Thai curry has no curry flavor. The food here literally tastes like frozen Chinese microwave meals.

Well, Pei Wei seems like a good place. But it took 1 hour to get our order straight! Plus they had really bad food. My family yelled at the cook.
