Really like CFA! Little hand wipes, fried chicken sandwich with pickles, kids meals nicely priced. Parking lot is tedious during early afternoon. I didnt realize there was a huge difference in the CFAs around town. Dont bother going to Chesterfield Town Centers CFA. I hadnt been to that mall in a year as some of the food court shops are badly staffed. When we bought an Italian sub, the guy left off pepperoni in the girls subs but not the guys. We went by CFA & the girl was rude in her presentation when we requested an extra sauce. Good G-d. What has happened to CTC?. It used to be a nice mall, with pleasant normal employees. Who hires for that CFA? Go out & find the most haughty abrasive person & plunk them in a CFA known for saying...its my pleasure. Weve finally decided to just shop in Sears and leave. Who owns the mall now? We arent used to a low environment & CFA had class from the register to delivery. Never a worry at the other CFAs. Never thought that Any CFA would be anything other than polite & glad for customers. Go across the street to the Kroger center CFA only, not in the mall. On our shopping visit yesterday, we missed the Disney Store & Hickory Farms Store. Too many bad changes there & 2 very weird looking 40 year old men were sitting outside The Family Christian Store in massage chairs not in use when at 2pm most men are at work or in transit. Very intimidating & large. If you want a sense of peace, safety & class, choose where you frequent carefully. Not all Chick FIL A restaurants are the same - class, welcoming, hospitable, warm, cheerful, polite, as it once was & known to be everywhere. The Koger Ctr CFA is great, but dont go to the one across the street in the mall. I wouldnt want my girls shopping there either anymore.

Its hard to write a review for Chick Fil A. Theyve set a fast food standard in cleanliness, food quality, and customer service already. However, this CFA goes above and beyond that standard. Employees are incredibly friendly and helpful. If you go to this location a few times they will remember you and begin to ask you how things have been. Im a regular here so a number of the staff will chat with me when they can about life and such. The food is almost always piping hot. If things take longer than usual there is always an apology and often a gift card for a free sandwich. The only bad thing for this location is the traffic. Where it is situated makes it difficult to get in and out during the lunch. Its easier to park next to Best Buy and walk over. I wont dock them a star because theyve done as much as they can to alleviate it. I have a hard time docking them for being successful. Definite stop when you are craving some chicken goodness.

Milkshake machine not working. No signs out to tell customers driving up b4 you get in a line that has a million cars behind u and in front of you and NOW YOU ARE TRAPPED!! I expressed my grievance to the clerk via the intercom and her response after everything I said was, "ok"....."ok"....."ok" I called in while in line spoke with Jason who offered me nothing. Except that it might be up in a while. Well I dont think Imma sit in the parking lot and wait to see. Put ur cow outside with a sign. May not be a good look for a business to advertise they are out, but better than my telling everyone and being a frustrated customer!

I was a little disappointed by my breakfast experience here. This isnt a Chick-fil-A I generally go to, but I was out of my way that morning when I needed to stop. In a pinch I generally take the extra effort to find a Chick-fil-A because the food is good and the service reliable. Perhaps it was that expectation that led to some disappointment when my order was not only made wrong, which isnt really upset me but rather the attitude that I received because I asked for it to be correct. I wont be going back to this Chick-fil-A.

This Chick-fil-A has great staff and Ive never had any problems here. The lines can get long, but they generally move quickly. Ive waited much longer at other places behind two cars than I have here with fifteen! The layout of the parking lot doesnt work very well for mobile ordering, but Im just tacking that on to the five star review for the sake of information. I dont think they should tear it down to rearrange the parking lot :) Its another reason why its good that they handle the lines well.

The service is great, the food is great and they never messed up an order but being physically there is awful. The place is small and the parking lot is even smaller. I would totally avoid this location and the westchester commons location during peak hours for dining in. I just dont like people on top of me when im eating. Drive thru during peak hours is a wait but its fast and its alot better than sitting inside a cramped dining area.

From the time I walked in until I left, I was impressed by the employees. They were positive and made me feel welcome. I had a very large order to pick up. Christopher Nystrom offered me a drink as I waited for them to complete the order. He and four members on his team carried everything out to my car. Not once did I hear a complaint. When they were finished, they all said thank you. I want to thank them for a wonderful experience!!

My sister and I were out running errands tonight and we stopped by this location to get me some of Chick-Fil-As sweet tea. The line in the drive thru was pretty long and we had a decent wait. When we pulled up the server handed my sister my tea and declined the $2 cash we offered. Said because of the long wait the tea was on them! This yet another reason why I love this establishment!

I encountered a not so happy team member today at Chick-fil-A who was outside in the drive thru taking orders. He wasnt smiling or seemed like he wanted to be there. Thats different for me and my first time meeting a team member of Chick- fil-A that isnt upbeat or just happy to be at work. Also, I didnt receive a receipt my order. Ill pick another Chick-fil-A next time.

I was just here. And was waiting in a line for about 5 minutes, but by the time I went to order the breakfast switched over to their normal menu and then refused to let me get anything off of the breakfast menu even thought it wasnt more than 2 minutes after 10:30. I should have spoken to a manager because that seems unfair for customers who are already in line.

Perfect for those who eat meat, I myself do, and I loved the chicken. A few problems here and there. Quick and great service and tasty and great food. Id recommend you go to Chick-Fil-A ASAP. Obviously, its crowded sometimes but still a great resturnaut. Great job! 5/5 stars "Accomplished: You read till the end"

Going to a chick-fil-A is so much more of a nice pleasurable experience compared to any other fast food restaurant. The restaurant was extremely clear and neat. The staff works very professionally, is very kind and patient. They offer many more healthy food options which are much appreciated.
