So tonight I decided to get some chipotle as it is, or used to be one of my fave places to grab something to eat. Well I went for the chicken bowl per usual and as I got home I started to eat it and noticed something weird about the Chickenc something didnt taste right, well I as I take a couple of more bites I notice that my chicken isnt cooked all the way, it was rubbery and you could taste the fact that it wasnt cooked thoroughly and this is the second time this has happened to at this same place. Ive finally decided that itll be my last. So if you guys do decide to get a Chicken bowl or anything chicken, make sure its cooked before you pay!!

i work in the same plaza as chipotle for a visual i can see the lobby in chipotle from inside my store... i asked if someone could run it over to me because i work alone and cannot leave the store unattended and they told me no. this is very disappointing considering they have done it before and obviously dont have to go far at all probably a 50-70 ft walk. just very disappointed and hungry considering its the o my restaurant in the plaza -_- probably wont go there again just because the service really sucks. i wouldve even tipped the person for bringing it over.

Go to the one in mayfair. The employees at this location are not interested in food quality or being polite. Also they dont tell you theyre out of guac until you already have your bowl or burrito filled up and your almost at the register. I always get a veggie bowl (that comes with guac no extra charge) and I feel cheated when they tell me theres no guac. I dont want them to throw away my perfectly good bowl but If id have known there was no guac I would have walked right out

Just had lunch at this chipotle and Im not one to complain but my meal was so salty I had to doscard half of my meal after forcing the first half down. It was EXTREAMLY salty. I love chipotle but will never be visiting this branch again as its the second time I have issues with the quality of chipotle made at this branch.

I ordered the steak burrito and got a $1.30 bag of chips to go with it. My first bite and I knew that the chips were stale I returned them for a refund and was informed that they are not stale but they are trying a new healthier chip. I told the manager that you can call it healthy but it still taste stale.

The best "fast food" there is! Quality of the food is excellent, and the service is even better. If you like other burrito places or if you dont like other burrito places...doesnt matter because this is like no other burrito/salad/bowl restaurant youve been to. A favorite place for me and my family :-)

This particular store stay skimping on your food. Little bit of this, little bit of that. The stores in DC and MD make it hard to close the bowl. I could punch the tin top in and it wouldnt even touch the food. Thats how much food they give you.

I went in to Chipolte to see what all the hype is about this chain. I was not impressed at all. The food tasted the same as I have found anywhere else only more pricey. The restaurant was pretty drab. I probably wont go back.

Clean food, healthy choices and friendly staff. A great place to grab a healthy lunch and keep on moving through your day! I highly suggest trying the quesarito, its a burrito wrapped in a cheese quesadilla and its all fresh!

This Chipotle is mostly good... I go here once every two weeks or so... sometimes theyre randomly closed which is odd, but I do lunch early, its close to my office and they arent very busy until about noon.
