PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would. I called in an order for pick up. When I placed my order, I wasnt even finished telling him my order when he told me it would be 10 mins and hung up. I called right back and it took them forever to pick the phone up. When he answered , I tried telling him that he didnt let me finish talking and then proceeded to tell me I wanted fried rice when I didnt. He was just so rude over the phone that I kind of joked around with myself saying that he would probably spit in my food. It was actually worse than that. If I could add a picture, I would.. of the part of a cockroachs body in my wonton soup... best believe Im telling my coworkers who order from here all the time to NEVER order from here.

I miss this place! They serve the best Chinese takeout of all the places we tried in Hampton Roads (we tried about 15 places). My wife loved the steamed dumplings and egg rolls. I liked almost everything I tried. Sure, their English is heavily accented and their voices sound like they are being rude, but they really arent. They always served me with a smile. I never tried delivery, though. And since they service the Norfolk Naval Base, I can imagine deliveries take a while, because getting onto the base can be such a long ordeal and probably ties up their delivery personnel.

I went there before even though it was very hard to inquire about prices or the menu by phone. The food was good. I tried to order just now and the woman -who wasnt understanding my inquiry of "what can I get in the lunch special?"- with choppy english actually got very loud and high pitched with me...i said "umm its okay...nevermind". I have yet to have truly tasty Chinese food in this area anyway, but they were decent. Attitude matters a lot to me...i wont be returning to them.

They respect and care greatly for this long time customer. After a while they even started asking me if I wanted my usual. Amazing people. But even from the first order they were consistently accurate, fresh, fast, and so tasty. From the crab Rangoon and chicken teriyaki sticks, to the Hong Kong Chicken platter (my absolute favorite), they do it right. I love and dearly miss this restaurant, but go out of my way to eat a meal from there anytime Im in the tidewater area.

The foods okay I guess. I ordered online and had one simple instruction: knock to not wake up the baby. What does he do? Rings the door bell four times consecutively! It was so brazen and so rude I had to double check to make sure I didnt forget to tip or anything (I didnt forget). I rarely write reviews or anything, but I can guarantee they wont be getting my business again.

I LOVED this restaurant and I was a repetitive customer until today because I saw a bug in my food. I called up there and told the guy that works there about the situation and he said it nothing he could do about it and hung up, he was very rude.I went there to show them the bug in my food and they told me the bug came from me VERY RUDE !!

The delivery was fast which was the best part. I ordered generals tsos chicken that Im sure was amazing when it was fresh. The fried rice was good and depending on the flavor you enjoy for ribs you will probably like them. Was really looking forward to an amazing meal and it was not even close.

Im not one to complain, but my experience was so bad I had to warn people away. #1 Could not speak English over the phone #2 Delivery took over an hour and 1/2 #3 Food was mushy and cold #4 Doesnt have coke products #5 Didnt even give us fortune cookies! Not a good place to order from.

Terrible!!! Ordered Chicken in Garlic sauce, an hour before closing, they delivered me, sweet and sour pork (Im allergic to pork) and when I called to get my real order they told me "too late we are closed" I inquired about re-imbursement and they hung up the phone on me

I have never had bad service. I have never seen said rats. I love these people. What do you expect. They are Chinese they work their asses off. Who cares if they speak broken English. If you read your post. Its not spelled "cum" moron. Its "come". Have a great day!

This is definitely not an upsacle restaurant, but you cant beat the price and the quality for the area around NOB. You will definitely wait a little for your order during dinner and lunch rush, but if you plan ahead it is well worth it.

The worst orange chicken i have ever had. The fried rice was a cheese and butter mix. It was way to expensive. I dont even think it was chicken. I will never eat there again. Dont walk run away from the place

Their General Tsos chicken is delicious. The chicken is nice and crispy and the sauce is perfect. Its not too sugary like other places and its actually got a little spice like its supposed to.
